The place was superb. It's very near the Namba station so it's very accessible. Very few steps away from Lawson so that is a plus.

I stayed at this place for several weeks, so I had a long-term stay, and I was really satisfied with my room, the location and the communication with the host. Everything you need is very close by. Like pharmacy, convenience store, supermarket, restaurants etc. It’s a nice residential area, rather quiet and really cozy. I liked the washing machine situation as there is a whole room for it with washing machines and dryers that are always available. I would really recommend this place if you’re looking for your own private room with all essentials in a nice cozy but convenient area. And whenever I had any inquiries or questions, I was answered by the host promptly.

Place was really nice and clean, perfect location with Lawson in the parking lot, super convenient. Close to the beach and everything. The bikes on the property was a plus, and the Mount Fuji view off the front balcony is breathtaking. Definitely booking again next time in Numazu.

There are interesting cafe, and shops within walking distance of the stay. Will definitely recommend to explore the surroundings of the stay. The stay itself is great and comfortable. Only thing that caught me by surprise was the deposit and e-contract needed to sign on the day of check in. Would be great if the admin work could be informed and done a day before check in as it was quite rush for me. Nonetheless, fantastic experience overall with the host and stay.

This place was super centralized, the staff was very communicative, and the stay was stellar. There are some culture shock things we weren't aware of coming in (shared below), but we want to be clear that in no way did that rate this place down! - The dryer is a heater in the bathroom. It takes a couple hours to dry things. We've been used to both washer and dryer, so this was a surprise! - The space is small. It fit the two of us, but definitely took some room arranging to make it all work.

The accommodation was clean and cozy, so it was easy to stay!! I want to use it next time.

Hiromi's place is amazing and has 2 separate bedrooms. We stayed for 4 nights. You can't beat the view or location. She is a wonderful host with a fantastic Airbnb.

Geographically, it was also very good. I'm willing to stay again next time I come to Tokyo!

Highly recommend this apartment, it's centrally located, close to public transport and Dotonburi. It was the perfect size for our family of 3 and the view over the river was perfect for staying in the middle of the city. The host provided small, snacks, sweets and refreshments. There were also umbrellas for the rainy days and we felt at home.

Amazing accommodation, and well well worth the location! So close to some amazing food spots, great access to transport and near some location markets, and that's just the location alone. Apartment is very well kept and clean, very spacious and great amenities. Would happily visit again and will be favouriting for another future visit.

I went down in a hurry because I had a Busan itinerary in Daejeon, but there was a suitable accommodation in the city, so I booked it... I liked the place cleaner and better than I expected It was good from the moment I entered the front door! . Host also check in a little early I also sincerely appreciated your consideration. Had a great stay for about 26 days. It's like renting a real apartment and living there. You need to make your own food, buy your groceries, clean your clothes yourself. The only thing I missed a little bit because it was summer was a freezer, but with a supermarket a few minutes away you can buy the ice there. Station is about 15 minutes, but I always enjoyed the walk there. You can walk along a beautiful river for a bit to get the station. I didn't have any contact with other guests or neighbors, but the walls are thin and you can hear them sometimes. I can fully recommend this apartment if you don't want the hotel experience and more of a living experience

Overall, the accommodation was clean, the bed was fluffy, and it was nice to have a washing machine. It was a little narrow, so everything was good except for the regret of unfolding the luggage!

It was a neat and clean accommodation. It was nice to see the mountains and the river because it was on a high floor, and there were grocery stores, convenience stores, Daiso, bakeries, and ice cream shops nearby, so it was good to solve refreshments in the accommodation and nearby. There is a sofa bed in the spacious living room, so it was nice to lie down and watch TV. Above all, the bathroom was clean, and it was nice that there were enough floor mattresses, blankets, and towels. I had a good stay before heading out.

Jeya was always quick to respond to any inquiries. Place was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Such a big beautiful apartment. Nice and private with secure entry close to convenience store and other restaurants. Six adults with multiple luggage were able to be more than comfortable. Two full bathrooms were also pristine and perfect both have western style showers one with a tub as well. Would def stay at Jeya’s place again.

The place was great ! Clean and full of amenities. He also had a booklet of recommendations of places around the area and also instructions on how to use the things in the house. Great overall !

It was a trip with my family, and the accommodation was nice because it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I stayed at an expensive hotel the day before, and it was much more comfortable and better than the hotel.

It’s at a prime location, walkable to lots of attractions and shopping but meanwhile at a quiet and historical neighborhood. It’s a pleasure to stay at this place.

Place is strategically located, close to express bus station, with local bus bus-stop located just in front of building, a convenient store & sandwich place on ground floor.
