Waterfront vacation rentals in Schwerin

Great location. Close to downtown Lübeck, which is within walking distance. The local supply with bakery and supermarket is provided. And the beautiful school garden is just one street away. Our host was always available and responded superbly to all our requests and questions.

We, grandparents with two granddaughters, felt very comfortable in the beautiful, friendly, cozy and bright apartment. The city center was quick and easy to reach. We would all have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately the carnival holidays are now ending in Bavaria. We'd love to come back and the apartment remains our first choice...

Everything worked out great. Christian welcomed us nicely and explained everything. Since he lives in the same house, it's easy to arrange. The location is very central yet quiet. Many leisure activities nearby and easy to reach by public transport. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. Would do again

Sven is an excellent host! Friendly and fast communication seem to be a matter of course for him. The key handover by his very nice mother-in-law was completely uncomplicated. The apartment is great and really equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea can be enjoyed in all rooms! We will be happy to come back.

We were super satisfied with everything! I'd love to come back, we were guests in this house last year. You feel very comfortable there because the host Julia goes to great lengths for the guests and you therefore feel at home. Upon arrival, we were welcomed in a very friendly and competent manner. Sebastian reported very punctually and was immediately responsive. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, has all the things that are needed (and more). The price is absolutely reasonable! We spent some very nice days and nights there. The apartment, the complex and Sebastian as a landlord are highly recommended! Thanks for the beautiful ambience!

It was all very good. I had asked if an earlier check-in (earlier than 4 pm) is possible. My request was declined - it's "not possible". I would have liked to have at least responded a little to my request.

We had a great weekend with friends from Hamburg and Berlin. The place was great for everyone to reach by car. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook very tasty twice. The ice cube compartment is also a big plus (: Unfortunately, the wifi 10 wasn't always stable, so it's not so good for working remotely. But for a quiet weekend or week to relax and do things, the apartment is super suitable! We will be happy to come back (:

A nice big house to stay for our 2 weeks. Equipped with many kitchen utensils and lots of toys for the kids. Great travel distance to nice cities. Nice playground nearby and close to the lake. Malte and Jenni respond quickly and kindly. Top spot!

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

A very nice, clean house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Communication with Nicole was nice and productive. The area is very quiet, and there are also many seating and lying options in the garden. Everything was great. We will be happy to come back.

Regina and Dieter are lovable people and immediately showed us the locations and pointed out the possibilities that one can undertake. The apartment is quiet and close to the lakes. The country road is not intrusive for our conditions in terms of noise. The apartment is nicely divided and is very clean. By bike or on foot you can get to the forest very quickly and have many destinations to explore within reach if you don't mind exercise. My wife and I had a really relaxing time, thanks for that.

Beautiful stay with sea views We had a very nice time in the apartment on the Baltic Sea. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the sea view simply fantastic – waking up every morning overlooking the water was very special. Great place to stay. Centrally located. The old town and castle are easily accessible on foot. The furnishings are very modern, new and very appealing to us. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed offer more than enough space. The 2 terraces/balconies were also great. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back for our next stay in Schwerin.

A quiet environment and the view of the sea were very important to me. Both worked out well for me. I had booked the swimming pool for an additional fee. For me, it was worth it. It is a nice pool downstairs in the house, which is shared with hotel guests, but is often empty. In short, you can have your peace and quiet and dive in. Claudia is a great host.
