You are vacationing in a simple but charming miller's apartment of a historic water mill, surrounded by an extensive property in the small village of Viez in Mecklenburg. Right outside the door are hiking trails through forest, fields and to the Viez heath, which blooms pink in summer. Schwerin and Ludwigslust offer sights such as castles and museums. Several swimming lakes, one with a water ski facility, offer sporting variety in summer. In winter, a wood-burning barrel sauna right by the stream beckons.

In 2021, we renovated our village house with space for 5 guests (plus toddler) with a lot of love and stylishly furnished it. Whether swimming in crystal clear waters in the lake within walking distance, cycling & hiking in the beautiful forests or lounging in the large garden - the perfect place for a break!

A warm welcome! You will spend your holiday in a wooden holiday home in the middle of the countryside, which we have designed according to ecological and sustainable building criteria. It is located in a small holiday village, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

Our vacation home is located in the small village of Häven, directly on the shore of Lake Keezer with a private jetty and large garden approx. 2 1/2 hours by car from Berlin and Hamburg near the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a landscape of meadows and fields, our house invites you to enjoy the quiet lake and nature. The soft lake water makes bathing and swimming a wonderful experience. Pure relaxation awaits you. Here you can breathe deeply and find yourself.

Wir bieten euch ein Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Doppelbettzimmern (1 je SZ mit Rollläden), 1 SZ mit 2 Etagenbetten (mit Rollläden)), 2 Badezimmern, Whirlpool, Sauna, Sandkiste, Terrasse, Dachterrasse, E-Ladesäule und einem rollstuhlgerechten Erdgeschoss auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Zur Badestelle sind es nur 20m und zum hauseigenem Ruderboot knapp 50m. Auf der Auffahrt stehen 4 Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

An oasis against the stress of everyday life in a beautiful landscape, our second vacation home is located on a peninsula between two lakes in the heart of Mecklenburg in the Sternberg lake landscape in Rosenow near Warnow. Here you can relax on a 1600 m², green overgrown end property. Relax or take an active vacation. Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Lakeside house

Our vacation home is located directly on Lake Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It was completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor downstairs, upstairs wooden floor, underfloor heating Functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with a dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The property is over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with a jetty. The lake invites you to swim.

Exclusive house directly on the Great Sternberg Lake, sauna, fireplace incl. wood, bed linen, 2 bathrooms, towels, Internet (50 Mbit), rowboat (Apr. - Oct.), With the holiday home "Am Stein" we offer you an exclusive holiday home that impresses with its excellent location right on Lake Sternberg. The lovingly furnished house can accommodate up to 5 people. On the upper floor there are two cozy bedrooms, which are designed in the warm color note "end of summer"

Lake house + guest house bookable

The semi-detached house has been very elaborately and modernly renovated and has 2 bedrooms with sanded floorboards, a bathroom with underfloor heating in Italian design and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. The 1,000 m² property with climbing frame and slide can be reached within 3 minutes on foot. A guest house (Tiny House by the lake) is also on the property and can be booked via this platform, so a vacation in a large group is possible.

Thatched boathouse

Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.
