Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Schwaz District

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

Wir haben uns während der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön, die neu renovierten Zimmer lassen es einem an nichts missen und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

After extensive research, we found Apart Cental and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what we were looking for and the location couldn’t have been better. A super short walk to the lift and within very easy walking distance of the town, with local shops and restaurants, but it was also in a very peaceful setting. Ideal! The layout worked perfectly and it was lovely and clean and tidy. Spotless in fact! Martin was incredibly helpful with the many questions I initially had along with making recommendations and assisting us when we arrived. Thank you so much, Martin! If we come back to Mayrhofen we will definitely be staying with you again! We had a brilliant time.

Zeer mooi appartement, voldeed meer aan onze verwachtingen. Bedden lagen goed, ruimtes waren schoon en keuken is gevuld met kleine dingen zoals vaatwastabletten en keukenzout waar je normaal bijna niet aan zou denken. Ondanks dat het verblijf dicht bij de hoofdstraat ligt was het er erg rustig in de avond. Maar ideaal bereikbaar vanaf het verblijf op een paar minuten afstand. Beneden in het pand is er nog een ruimte waar de skies en schoenen warm opgeruimd konden worden. De eigenaar is een zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame die altijd voor je klaar staat voor vragen of een gezellig praatje. Verblijf zou ik zeker aanraden aan anderen.

We had an amazing stay at Martins apartment, felt quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes walk away from the Mayrhofen village center with all the restaurants and apres ski. It was easy to get up to the mountain with the main lift around the corner. The flat was clean and had all the things you’d need. Great sauna and ski storage with boot warmers. All-in-all, we had a fantastic stay!

The location is fantastic and the host is superb. We had a wonderful 4 day stay while skiing at Tux. The accommodation is centrally located so everything you need is within walking distance. The post skiing Sauna in the apartment was amazing. Martin was always quick to respond and made our trip very memorable. We would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to visiting again.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Super sauber, es war alles da was man benötigt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und für Tipps immer da, schnelle Reaktion.

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen und erlebnisreichen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen - auch für einen Besuch mit Vierbeinern.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Lediglich durch die Lage war das Auto doch unbedingt notwendig.. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und sauber, man hat schnell eine Antwort auf offene Fragen bekommen und die Aussicht in der Suite mit Sauna war atemberaubend

I didnt actually get to Sarah's place yet because my son was taken ill. But she was very responsive and helpful, which was greatly appreciated at a time of stress. We look forward to going later in the year.
