Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

As we travel with a big family, for us accomodation it's important. The best view so far from our apartment. Plenty of parking spaces, easy to check in, pristine cleanliness and the most important- the apartment had all we needed. With 3 kids, we have to cook for ourselves mostly as they are very picky- on this note the place was great. Kitchen with all necessary to make our stay confortable. A lot of space for kids to walk in between the rooms, spacious, light, comfy, quiet. Just what we needed. The host was very easy to approach, we even got a breakfast after the cutoff, as in the first day we had no groceries prepared. We will definitely retun, same place to stay. 30 minutes from best tobogganing place ever- Soll and Going. Highly recommended.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral gelegen direkt am Achensee. Check-In und Check-Out lief reibungslos, die Wohnung war sauber und alle Personen vor Ort sehr freundlich ☺️ eine kurze Info, welche Kosten vor Ort für das Mitbringen eines Hundes anfallen, wäre hilfreich. Im Vorfeld nachgefragt hatten wir allerdings nicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und möchten Andreas und Team für den erholsamen Aufenthalt bedanken 😍

War sauber und schöner Ausblick. Alles hat gepasst, beim check in gab es Probleme, da jemand unseren Schlüssel genommen hat, sonst lief alles einwandfrei. Das Fitnessstudio ist ganz okay im dritten Stock, man hat genug Möglichkeiten um sich auch während einer Auszeit fit zu halten. Sonst Kühlschrank, betten etc. war alles okay, großer Balkon.

Das Apartment war sehr schön und die Umgebung einfach mega toll. Ich war mit meinen beiden kleinen Kindern dort und durch das Spielzimmer und auch Spielgeräten auf dem Gelände gab es immer etwas zu tun für die beiden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
