The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The cozy living-dining room invites you to linger and the spacious bedroom guarantees soothing relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the bathroom is bright and modern. Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
