In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The open living room offers a corner for reading, a kitchen-living room, a fireplace and of course a dining table. The sleeping gallery with a double bed can be reached via a staircase. The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a bathtub. The house is in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.
