The house is super nice, clean and really well decorated. You feel comfortable right away. It was also very nice that there was a basic set of spices, oil, flour, etc. Cleaning products and utensils are also provided. In addition, 3 bicycles, which we did not use. Upholstery for outside, umbrella and plenty of seating are at the house. The property is also completely fenced, which is certainly important for families with small children or dogs. The path to the beautiful beach takes about 12-15 minutes on foot , there are also restaurants. Buns can be ordered by pre-order at the ice cream parlor at the beginning. Shops are in Gägelow in about 5-8 minutes by car. The only thing we found unfortunate is that there is only a 3-seater sofa in the living room as we were there with 6 adults. Communication with the landlord was exemplary. We would come back anytime and recommend this house!

A wonderful, magical place in a unique setting. We enjoyed the time and felt comfortable at all times and found the relaxation we were looking for. The Farver Mühle is in our list of reunion places. Very lovely flat and very quiet. Shopping approx. 5-6 km. Everything available in the house, and the apartment very nicely and appropriately furnished. You felt right at home. We will be happy to come back. Birgit and Thomas

We spent the Christmas days at the property with the (grand)family and had a great time! We had rented both houses and so everyone had plenty of retreat space, at the same time we were able to play, cook and relax together in the kitchen and living area. Both kitchens are well equipped, all appliances etc. ready to use, clean and many great extras that make everyday life easier with children (e.g. high chair, fall-out protection for the bed, children's cutlery, wooden gates on the stairs as fall protection, board games and children's books, building blocks and more). We felt very comfortable! Another plus was the nice and uncomplicated communication with the hostess - she was ready for questions and was always easily accessible. Overall, a really child-friendly accommodation, but it also offers comfort for the adults. We also used the proximity to the Baltic Sea, even feasible on foot as a small hike. Nice, thank you.

Small, beautiful house to relax. In October, it is very quiet in the complex. We have seen the direct neighbours only on weekends. The house itself offers everything you need (including a kettle). The beach/dike is within walking distance. We loved the "Sti", which is made of grass, which is made of footpaths, which are mowed regularly, where cars are not allowed to drive along. As usually, the bedrooms were only equipped with curtains, so that your room is hardly darkened, but who wants to sleep the day? It was good that there were different types of mattresses, so my wife slept in the room with the softer mattresses and I prefer the harder ones. However, the mattress width with 70-80cm is slightly smaller. So if 2 people have to share 1.40 m, they should be closer. Unfortunately, the house does not have the best insulation, but the radiators manage to keep the house nice and warm without any problems (Attention: it is electric heating = additional costs). In Rodby, which is only 10min. Car ride away, are all major grocery stores. The beaches are beautiful, where you can better collect stones than mussels. Otherwise, from the house, with a little luck, you can also watch squirrels and rehe. Conclusion: We enjoyed the holiday very much and also found the house very nice. And nothing was lacking and we were able to relax really well. Everything went smoothly with DanCenter. So very clear recommendation!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The place was very good. The property is a dream. We would definitely visit again!

You get exactly what you promised. Electricity bill in the end but significantly higher than expected - I don't know if this has to be the case.

Very nicely decorated house. We were on site with the extended family, everyone loved it. Through the pool room, sauna, billiards, foosball, ping pong table and dart board, the little ones didn't want to leave the house at all. Communication was super relaxed and easy. Small problems on our part were done by the local service partner with humor and at very short notice - great!!!

Celia and Ada's apartments accommodated us very well with 13 people and offered us every opportunity for employment. We were able to cook for everyone easily in large quantities or barbecue on the terraces. The kids loved the spacious kitchen-living area. We seniors groaned about the many stairs. Minor amenity issues were resolved immediately! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would come back immediately and make a recommendation. Thanks

Everything worked out great, for the money I would like that you don't necessarily have to bring everyone to this place, like salt/pepper/toilet paper. Of course, an Edeka is not far away but I would expect something like that in terms of price/performance. Even though we only used the jacuzzi and sauna once, something came together in the end with the electricity. Nevertheless, all in all, I was now in Kappeln for the third time, if you have no problem organizing and planning for food then I can only recommend it.

Super nice old house , spacious rooms and nicely designed ! Everything you need ! Communication was great and easy ! We were there with 9 girls and it couldn't have been better ! Always happy to come back and I would recommend to anyone! Regards, Nancy

Very nice house, which thanks to billiards, darts, foosball table, etc., also provides entertainment in bad weather.

Very nice house for large groups. We stayed in this house on a weekend with 22 people, we enjoyed it very much. Very good equipment, enough dishes for everyone, great kitchen with huge fridge and freezer, as well as 2 dishwashers. Pool table, ping pong table, darts and pool area in very good condition. Highly recommend. There is another construction site opposite the house, but she didn't bother us on the weekends.

We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great shopping nearby, beach within walking distance. We were on site with 18 people and there were plenty of opportunities to engage in the house. The only drawback: very thin walls, you understand every word in the next room.

We had a great time at Pia's pool house from Dancenter. The house is perfectly equipped and had everything you need. Thank you for everything!
