It is located in a small village one hour south of Munchen.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

1-room apartment "Guffert", kitchen, bouldering wall

Our house "KristallTurm®" is located just outside of Achenkirch, directly on the B181. It was newly renovated in 2016 and equipped with underfloor heating, modern bathrooms, etc. The apartment "Guffert" has a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed for one person, a small kitchen with dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment offers 35sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
