This cabin was luxurious with a lot of attention to details, a gorgeous sauna, and a beautiful clear lake. It is so amazingly quite. Sari and his husband were extremely friendly and the chats and delicious cake made us feel at home.

Vi hade det fantastiskt bra hos Thorbjörn. Väldigt mysigt ställe vid vattnet, rekommenderas!

The house is a real pearl in Stockholm archipelago, beautifully decorated which allows guests to understand the true living in this unique nature setting. The house is well equipped, with a spacious patio/deck for breakfast, lunch or dinner with brand new deck furniture. The house built in 1912, offers spectacular views from each room and is located next to a 1500 year old viking chiefs' grave shaped like a boat which gives a unique tie to the Scandinavian history. We experienced beautiful waterfront sunsets dining at the the dock house which offers charming overnight accommodations and has all the kitchen, dining/bbq equipment so guests can enjoy the dining at waterfront without running up to the main house. The sauna house is easy to use and guests can cool off stepping into the sea. For local excursions, the house is about 50 minutes drive to Stockholm old town. We thank the host Fredrik and his wife for a fantastic vacation in this spectacular Swedish nature reserve.

Fantastisk øy helt vest i havet Tre generasjoner, der de yngste var jenter på 1 1/2 og 3 3/2,  har hatt helt fantastiske vårdager på øyen til Jarle. Helt for oss selv. Omkranset av øyer, hav og horisont  - like fint i regn som i sol. Og toppen for ungene å utforske. Fikk masser av krabber i teiner - lett å sette ut fra en veldig håndterbar båt. Og huset: Det er den best planlagte hytten vi har vært i - perfekt plassert i terrenget. Velutstyrt kjøkken som innbød til matlaging - og en superpraktisk soveromsdel. Adkomsten var enkel, og butikken døgnåpen. Og Jarle en toppen vert. Tusen takk for at vi fikk oppleve dette - her ønsker vi å komme tilbake! 

A truly magical place, your own little universe. A quiet and peaceful place like this is not easy to come by these days, especially not with all the modern amenities that Pirjo's place offers. Private sauna, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, near-total isolation with a town still in reach... I could go on. A true gem in the middle of the beautiful Finnish nature and without a doubt the best Airbnb I ever stayed at. Pirjo herself is an amazing host. Not only did she always reply quickly and very helpfully – she went out of her way multiple times to accommodate and go the extra mile for me, organizing helpful things for me that I didn't even ask her to. I am so grateful to Pirjo, whose hospitality has been the cherry on top of this amazing vacation-cake. Also the island's caretaker, Heikki, was super nice and helpful and I'm happy to have met him. Sadly I didn't meet Pirjo to thank her in person but I hope we will once I inevitably come back for another stay.

Wir hatten mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern eine wundervolle Zeit auf dieser wunderschönen kleinen Insel- es ist ein Herzensort geworden und war die pure Erholung. Das Haus lässt einen sofort wohlfühlen, der Gastgeber ist sehr zuverlässig und sympathisch und die Sonnenuntergänge am Fjord direkt am Wasser sind unbeschreiblich schön. Wir hoffen bald schon wiederzukommen!!

This place is a unique experience! We were also lucky with the weather and enjoyed every second at Eivind and Cecilie's little paradise island. We will be back as soon as possible!

Vi havde 3 skønne overnatninger på øen. Alt fungeredes som det skulle. Køleskabet som man kender det hjemmefra, kølede perfekt. Varmt vand i den udendørs bruser. Stedet leverede alt hvad vi havde brug for på vores 3 dages ophold. Sofia var informativ og hjælpsom. Vi modtog små videoer der viste præcis hvordan alt fungerede på øen. Meget hjælpsomt. Oplevelsen af at være helt alene på en lille ø, kan virkelig anbefales. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang at vi prøver det! Vi kan til hver en tid anbefale Sofia og den skønne lille ø! Tusind tak for en enestående oplevelse, Sofia!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Ferienzeit auf Larissas Insel-Ferienhaus verbracht. Unsere 3 Familien haben sich gleich wohl gefühlt in diesem großen, sehr persönlichen Haus im südlichen Schärengarten Finnlands, ab vom Schuss und doch recht nah an Kotka und Helsinki. Vom Flughafen ist es nur eine Stunde bis zum Anleger und von dort ist man bald auf der Insel. Das Ferienhaus liegt herrlich an der Südspitze der Insel. Es gibt viel Platz zum Verweilen drinnen (4 separate Schlafzimmer sind wirklich außergewöhnlich) und draußen, den ganzen Tag Sonne und Wind. So vergehen die Wochen (zu) schnell. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch mit einer großen Tafel alles kein Probelm, erneut wieder sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Die neue Sauna wird schnell warm. Sie bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Larissa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und so hatten wir sehr schöne Tage. Die Villa Vonkka empfehle ich uneingeschränkt, etwas Erfahrung im Inselleben vorausgesetzt.

Paradise. This is the absolute best, most unique and beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. The pure embodiment of peace, the surrounding nature and overall experience staying here was a reminder of how much life there is to live. My friends and I had the best time fishing, cooking at the barbecues, rowing the boat, swimming and overall hanging out at the island. Sitting at the dinner table with just candles and playing board games with the most stunning view I’ll forever remember… The list could go on. Thanks Rasmus for listing your beautiful paradise and allowing us to stay here. You have provided endless memories for us. If you’re planning on booking, do not thing twice. This place is perfect.

Verblijven in het huis van Alexander was een echte belevenis. Het was heerlijk om te genieten van de rust, het uitzicht, het zwemmen, kajakken, suppen en de boottocht naar het eiland. Alexander gaf ons de goeie tip om naar de zonsondergang te kijken, de moeite waard! Als kers op de taart zagen we ook het noorderlicht. De accomodatie was ruim, gezellig en heel huiselijk. Kortom, we waren graag nog langer gebleven.

Mycket härligt ställe! Fin omgivning och mysigt hus - perfekt att spendera en vår-/sommarhelg i detta boende.

10/10 på alla tänkbara sätt! Daniel var flexibel och gästvänlig, boendet kändes hemma och var supermysigt! Vi kommer tillbaka

Wonderful little stuga on Åstol. Marcus had a lot of information for us and met us at the ferry. Full kitchen with dishwasher, gas cook top and electric range. A very comfortable and peaceful spot in an interesting community.

Wir waren eine Woche auf Viktorias Insel und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Absolut ruhig und sehr erholsam. Die Kommunikation mit Viktoria war sehr gut, ihr Onkel hat uns nach Ankunft alles gezeigt und war super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Perinteinen mökki yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle erinomaisella hinta-laatusuhteella. Oma alue on suurempi, kuin mitä kuvista voisi päätellä. Kommunikointi ja sovitut kyydit saareen toimivat hyvin. Petteri oli koko vierailun ajan helposti tavoitettavissa, joskaan ongelmia ei ilmennyt.

Die abgeschiedene und einzigartige Lage der Insel ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (4 und 7 Jahre) ein großes Abenteuer auf der Insel - schwimmen im Fluss, Lagerfeuer, Sauna,Boot fahren etc. Das Haus war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben jede Sekunde in vollen Zügen genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Unsere Familie und Hund waren sehr glücklich auf der Insel . Am liebsten sogar für längere Zeit , perfekt zum Abschalten und Natur genießen. Wir haben alles genutzt und waren oft bis Mitternacht draußen, entweder am Feuer , im Hottub oder beim Saunieren . Der Hund hat auch alle Boote mit uns auf dem Wasser genossen und fühlte sich frei dort . Danke Tomas.

Stugan är mycket väldisponerad, med en tydlig sovavdelning skild från gemensamma ytor. Det gjorde det lätt att dela vår semestevecka, 3 generationer och 3 familjer. Enda svårigheten vi stötte på var standarder som vi inte har i sverige, såsom spissäkerheten kopplad till fläkten, dubbelkomandot vid låsning av trädgårdsdörraroch kanske något mer. Att få bo i denna fina stuga var i sig en njutbar upplevelse som uppskattades av oss alla, från 4 till 75 år. Jättefint.

We had a wonderful 14 days in Kornelia's summer cottage. The location and the view of the lake are particularly outstanding. For our children it was like a little adventure where they could discover the beautiful nature of the island freely and safely. On top of that, the accommodation was very well equipped and clean, and Kornelia and Johann and the entire island community were very welcoming. I recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a wonderful, varied and relaxing time in a great environment.

WOW. Is all I can say.Stayed with my partner this September for 5 days.Cannot get over how lovely and perfect this stay was.Boat given to get to the island and back when needed during the stay.Easy to row to.House exceeded expectations,was lovely and clean,cost and even had abit of food for us the night we arrived,this detail meant a lot.Every aspect and eventually thought about by host,life jackets provided,female products in toilet,towels,flannels,yogurt and cold fresh drinking water.Him and his wife met us on arrival and showed us the place we had booked.Were so accommodating and wish to be back here ASAP.Loved this place.
