Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Scandinavia

Anne welcomed us to her wooden cabin by the Faleidfjorden. A warm welcome with all the recommendations and tips to take full advantage of this experience in nature. The beds are very comfortable, the shower outside with the river water invigorating! We spent two days there with a 10-year-old child. The breakfasts with Anne were an opportunity for us to chat and learn a bit about life in this part of Norway. In short, it was a beautiful stop on our itinerary in central Norway. A place with limited access to Internet, with no distractions. Very quiet and a bit remote, though easy to get to by a car. Be ready to cover last 300 meters on skis or snowshoes during snow season. Which is a part of the fun to me though. This is a unique experience of getting a feeling of extreme remoteness without actually being in a truly remote place, which may not be acceptable for everyone because of many reasons. The host is fantastic.

My stay with Tina in Lägervägen was so beautiful. I had never been abroad before; and alone, at that - but Tina made the whole experience feel so welcoming and warm - I can’t thank you enough for your hospitality, Tina. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, and neighbours are incredibly sweet people also. I would recommend to anyone who is somewhat a resourceful person (it’s not a luxurious accommodation - it’s very basic amenities; but that being said: Tina will go above and beyond to help make your stay comfortable and fun!) up for a once in a lifetime experience. 🎐

Super cozy little cabin, like going back a bit in time. Now I only stayed one night but would definitely have been able to think further, get away a little. Good breakfast and nice host! 😁

Dailis embodies kindness and helpfulness. He is always available and with his warm manner he is on hand in every situation. The house itself is an enchanting rustic country house equipped with everything to make the stay a truly enjoyable and homey experience. Not modern or chic, but has everything you need. But not only the house, but also the property and the fantastic location made us speechless – it was like a garden of Eden. However, avoid driving there with your lowered sports car. This experience was truly perfect, and we are already looking forward to a future opportunity to stay here again.

Great and convenient accommodation for our traveling techniques.

We had a lovely stay in the cabin. The location is beautiful and the kids enjoyed the swingset, darts, and other play spaces. A beach is very nearby and we enjoyed a dip. We didn’t get a chance to see the animals unfortunately.

Wow, what a place. Beautiful farm very close to the sea with many animals and beautiful sandy beach. Everyone loves nature and simplicity is the place to be. Bicycles are definitely an advantage. Thank you Tone and Christian for this great time at your place. The kids are still talking about the animals...

Great accomodation - very clean, organized and cozy place. Easy access from/to the train station and city centre. Sara is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Arrive. Breathe. Enjoy. As soon as you arrive at this piece of earth, you truly feel at home. Boafall Lodge is quiet and beautifully located. The house itself is rustic and, in addition to a cozy living and dining area, also has leisure activities, such as table tennis, billiards. For outdoor lovers, this place is simply heavenly; lots of greenery, fresh air, lots of lakes, and much more. Last but not least; Natalie and Maurits are insanely warm and fantastic hosts! From arrival to stay to departure, they are always there for their guests. The preparation of both left us no questions. We will definitely come back & thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful time. For all other fellow readers, the same applies; book immediately, leave and enjoy!

Together with 14 other friends we celebrated New Year here. Very satisfied, especially with Camilla who before, during and after been an amazing host.

Amazing place! So peaceful, so beautiful everything felt brand new. We absolutely loved it and the hot tub! Would stay again anytime highly recommend!

Stable converted into an apartment on a horse farm. Typical country life on site. Accordingly, a little dirt here and there in case of rain. Anyone expecting a 5-star Hilton here is of course in the wrong place. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds cozy, the people nice. Recommended!

it seems some reviews seen on internet sites of this lodge are from previous owners. check recent reviews. the room was very clean and comfortable. the entire setting on the Torneå was gorgeous. Max turned on the Sauna just for us every night. in August, there were few tourists, so it was quiet and private for us. we cooked for ourselves with all needed items, so I can't rate the restaurant.

Tiina's place was amazing! The location is perfect! Beautiful forest, river and the sea view from the balcony! There was a coffee and tea bar by the entrance! Checking in was easy and the place was warm and clean! We recommend the stay!

Piet and his wife were very nice, welcomed me with coffee and cake. A simple home (unfortunately a little hard bed) with what you need to sleep a night while passing through. They also invited me to a sauna evening with a few others in the village, so nice!

very nice night at Anne Lise's in the Tipi tent Despite heavy rain and a little wind, we were able to count on absolute comfort! The kitchen area is very convenient, the bathrooms are very clean and very convenient. Anne Lise is a very welcoming host. she is committed to making you feel good, with plenty of attention to your needs She was able to recommend some different trips depending on the weather which was rather uncertain. We had a great stay at Joakims and his wife’s cottage. They were very friendly and we could use their kitchen and living room. There is a beautiful view from the cottage over the fields and into the forest.

Strongly recommend staying there for the night , nice cozy house
