We are very glad that we chose this place for my friend's girls' night out. The houses are very cool, in a log and stone style. There is a great barbecue house with a barrel sauna outside. Beautiful nature and horses all around. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I recommend!

Best place to relax!

We spent four wonderful nights in this charming cottage. The decor was amazingly thought out with a perfect mix of modern and rustic. The hot tub was really the highlight! Sitting there under the starry sky after a day of excursions was magical. We enjoyed long forest walks, barbecuing by the sea and the serenity of nature. The kitchen was well equipped and the host couple were incredibly helpful. We will definitely come back to this gem that gave us the relaxation and family time we so needed!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Simply amazing experience. Host was extremely kind and helpful. On the first day he gave us a detailed tour of the house and even gave tips of things to do in the city, he constantly followed up with us thoughout our stay to ensure it was smooth and comfortable. On the last day he even dropped us off at the airport. Extremely kind and amazing experience. As for the accommodation it’s very clean and beautiful. Conveniently located next to a bus stop it was a breeze getting to town as well as for our activities. The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a good nights rest. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary to whip up simple meals. The host was so kind to even offer us lunch on our first day. We are so grateful In conclusion, it was an amazing experience filled with warmth and peace. All our needs were attended to and we had only great memories from our stay here. We will definitely return when we head back to Tromsø in the near future.

Annebeth, Martijn and their daughter were excellent hosts. The place was idyllic and was exactly how it was described. The hike to the lake from the cabin was also pretty great and we enjoyed it a lot! It was nice and peaceful. It felt great to disconnect from everything for a couple of days. Our 3 year old daughter had a great time interacting with their dog and chickens as well :) Highly recommend their place for your next getaway!

Hello Roger and hello Lotta, it was an ideal place for our family get-together. The villa is attractively and lovingly furnished, especially child-friendly, also outdoors. Everyone loved the hot tub. With 10 adults and 7 children, we had plenty of room and enjoyed the days. The 7 days in April passed far too quickly with plenty of sunshine. We highly recommend this beautiful place! With the generous welcome gift, we immediately felt welcome. Due to the open construction, it is difficult to pull back.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly magical! The place was so serene and peaceful, the perfect getaway. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the backyard with the jacuzzi—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was witnessing the Northern Lights on our second night—such an unforgettable experience! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, even assisting us in getting back to the city center. Everything about this stay was perfect, and my girlfriend is already asking when we can come back. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding here and the photos matched the venue well. It was truly a dream location!! The location was lovely and we really appreciated Hanna’s prompt and thorough communication. Our observations on what could use improvement are minor, and we’re confident that Hanna will take them into consideration for future guests and events.

A very peaceful, private cottage in a beautiful setting. The accommodations are modern and comfortable. The host was very responsive and in a very timely manner. He worked with us before and during our stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and WOW what an amazing place. The views from the cabin are insane, we were snowed in for a few days but the cabin was the perfect place for a few slow days! Ellen-Kristine and Bjørn we're really helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions. They even got a friendly neighbour to check we were ok when the unexpected snow arrived! For outdoor activities the location is perfect, Stranda itself is very quiet, it's a fairly long drive (40mins) for any nice restaurants, but that was fine with us!

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need- and more! From charcoal and all the grill tools, logs for the hot tube and sauna, to a great coffee machine and thoughtful touches throughout. The terrace was super cozy, surrounded by lush greenery, with plenty of different types of swings and places to unwind. At night, the starry sky was magical. It’s ideal for 3-5 people with plenty of space and clearly lots of love and care from the owners, both inside and out. The host even left us some sweet, delicious surprises that made us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, making the most of the house and garden.Time flew by, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come back again someday. Thank you for everything! We had a wonderful time and immediately felt very comfortable. The hot tube is sensational! If you book this beautiful house in winter, it is recommended to arrive with a car with spikes.

The four of us stayed with Jenny and Johan for a week. The place was wonderful and we had a very nice time!!! Especially the view of the fjord, the surroundings and incredible northern lights have to be lifted out. The jacuzzi on the terrace was the icing on the cake. In particular, we would like to thank you for the information on how to get there. The street was closed by avalanches and Jenny/Johan gave us tips and information for the bypass. Just great. Thank you!

Amazing night in this wooden house. I really recommend the place and the host always reactive.

The cabin had everything you could need. It was very cozy and private. The owner was very kind and helped us with our car problem then offered us help with some other troubles that we had at the time. Its very nice to see and meet people like the cabin owner☺️ Thank you once again!
