Our stay was exceptional in every way! This is the best spot in the best location in Tuscany! Nicoletta and Stefano are excellent hosts and are always available and responsive. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The house is decorated so beautifully and the grounds are covered in flowers. The incredible view and easy access to the lovely village make this a must see. We cannot wait to come back!

Fior di Fiesole was a charming, private place with beautiful surroundings. Vat was very friendly and gave us helpful instructions to get about. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

It wasn't a vacation home - it was a home for us. Rarely have I felt so incredibly comfortable - the garden is a dream, the house is very cozily furnished and there are well thought-out details everywhere. You can enjoy wonderful privacy in your own garden with your own entrance, but if you need something, Flora and Luca have always been there for us and we immediately took them to our hearts!!! Florence is of course also enchanting and you can go on great excursions! We will miss all of this very much and hopefully come back soon!

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. Great local places to eat & artisan makers… thank you we loved Flora & would recommend & love to return someday .

What an amazing region and an amazing view from this peaceful and beautiful house! This charming place has all you need to enjoy your stay. It was very clean, very comfortable, very pleasant. Petra, your host, is super nice and will welcome you and give you loads of recommendations for wjat to do and where to eat. You will sleep so peacfully there! If there is anything negative to say is that we thought we wouldn't have anyone around, but the Petra and her family live right next to this house, and there are other houses a little bit furthe, also rented out. That being said, this didnt disturb us and Petra's family was super respectful of the guests and quiet. All in all, it we had an amazing stay in this house and in Tuscany.

Amazing place. The space was so unique and had everything we needed. I really like the space being so airy and with so much sunlight. We also needed a parking space and it was out of ztl zone so perfect. It was also very near to airport 7min 20eur taxi. A little far outside the central station but it was perfect for us, not too crowded. Marina was amazing at communicating and proactive with recommendations. I would definitely return. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Saverio's! A terrace overlooking the mountains and the neighborhood! Amenities are close to the apartment and easy to access. Directly opposite the train station, so it's easy to get to downtown Florence. Special mention to Dana Claudia who welcomed us and responded quickly to our needs! 😊 We definitely recommend this place. ❤️

A lovely flat just next to Tram station which was super convenient. Lots of restaurants, mini market around the flat. Overall, lovely place to stay and host was Very prompt in responses and helpful during our stay. Even allowed late checkout and even stored bags till evening time.

I recommend this apartment for its proximity to the tram that makes Florence accessible in 20 minutes. The terrace is pleasant and the accommodation is very well equipped and spacious.

We will definitely be back! The location is about 30-40 minutes from the main city in Florence. Federico recommended we rent a car but we didn’t want to drive in an area we were unfamiliar with. We were provided with the bus schedule which was very easy to take to the city. We planned ahead and bought some groceries in Florence before heading back to the property. We got lucky with getting taxis at the property to eat at a nearby restaurant (Ristorante San Martino) but it wasn’t as convenient as getting one in Florence (had to wait a bit). The place was just as described, very relaxing and just what we wanted! All in all a great experience. We were so sad to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at Margherita’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected, and we ended up using 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The location was ideal for exploring Florence, just a short distance from Piazzale Michelangelo, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the instruction folder with local tips. One of the biggest conveniences was the local bus stop located right outside the property, making it incredibly easy to get into Florence and explore other nearby areas without needing to drive. The property is also within easy driving distance of a supermarket, which made restocking the fridge convenient. Being in a gated area, it felt very secure, and there was ample space for parking. Communication with Margherita & Simone was prompt and smooth, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

I highly recommend Bryan's place it is extremely beautiful and well maintained with an amazing back drop. Bryan and his family are very welcoming. If you want a taste of Tuscany you need to stay here.

It was particularly cheap among the accommodations in Florence. It was a room for one person, but when I asked Andrea if two people could stay, she gladly agreed. It is very close to the station, and the location is good because I was able to put down my heavy luggage right away.◯ It's not so far from major tourist spots like the Dome. The room is small, but it is no different from a 1k single room in Japan.It was rather comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, so I bought ingredients at the market, cooked and ate!That's what I was most happy about!

This is the second time I have stayed at this Airbnb. Mattia is a consummate host. He responds quickly and is always pleasant. The apartment and especially the terrace are phenomenal. I hate to give it such high marks because everybody is gonna wanna steal it from me! But it is a well-deserved high recommendation.I really love this place and it feels like my second home.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

Perfect Tuscan getaway. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and were blown away by the accommodations. The apartment was extremely spacious with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The pool onsite was spectacular. Wine tasting and lunch onsite as well. We were even given a delicious bottle of Chianti Classico (~$45 value) upon arrival. Highly recommend!
