We stayed in Aaron and Alla’s apartment for a four-day trip to Cuenca and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The location is right in the middle of the city and we walked everywhere as we explored. We arrived a little earlier than planned and Alla accommodated us and helped us get checked in. She graciously showed us around and even stopped by a little later with extra dish soap and trash bags. The linens were clean and smelled nice and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the milk, eggs, and croissant starters the next morning, too! For parking, Alla showed us a lot around the corner that had a reasonable price for overnight parking. Check-in and check-out were easy, the apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the hosts had every detail covered. They had toys for the little ones, an air mattress for our youngest, a high chair, stroller, fire stick, and laundry soap. Five stars EASY! Thank you!

Debe ser el departamento mas inteligentemente distribuido que he visitado desde que uso Airb&b (2019), cada metro cuadrado esta pensado en la comodidad, la cocina esta sorprendentemente equipada, ambos cuartos comparten la terraza (que es privada) la vista es como la de un mirador, no es necesario ir al Turi tienes a Cuenca desde la comodidad de las habitaciones, todo el depar tiene una cantidad de detalles pensados en la comodidad, 5 estrellas en limpieza se lo toman en serio, tv con magis, el baño es un lujo tiene muchos accesorios el garaje con apertura remota, elevadores en optimo estado, super seguro super privado alado hay un bonito local que es como un supermaxi donde hay de todo, en fin este air fue un gran acierto el mejor hasta ahora

Excelente alojamiento , muy bonito ,ordenado ,limpio , quizá no estaría mal pensar en un TV moderno aunque no nos hizo mucha falta en realidad. Sin duda Volveríamos a alojarnos , a Pocos metros venden un pollo asado 5/5 y una panadería también 5/5 , farmacia , tienda y frutas y verduras. Realmente lo recomiendo

Lo recomiendo, sus instrucciones son tal cual la fotografía, muy limpio todo, Chris nos recibió muy amablemente a altas horas de la noche con mi familia él está siempre al pendiente y muy amable en su atención. Las camas son muy reconforta boles, me encantó que cada habitación tenga su TV y el área de Pin Pon. Limpieza ✔️ Internet ✔️ Agua caliente ✔️ Un lugar muy bonito cerca del departamento hay un pequeño parque y todo es muy tranquilo, 10/10 👍✨ Regresaría sin duda alguna✨

la verdad e saque siempre voy a Cuenca porque la familia de esposa y ella son de allá, el depar estuvo increíble, la zona es perfecta! tienes todo cerca y si viajas en busetas o algo estás a 5 o 7 minutos caminando, Christian se portó increíble! la privacidad y la tranquilidad fue perfecto! para llegar de cualquier lado esta pero al pelo!

The House is big and beautiful, The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean. During winter the challenge is that there is no heating but still the house is not that cold and there is a beautiful Fire place. The area is super calm and safe, the house is very clean and comfortable with a super big TV screen for movies. Furniture is new and clean.

Quedé encantada y lo recomiendo mucho! El alojamiento es muy bonito, cómodo y acogedor. Agradezco mucho a Verónica y su familia por toda su ayuda en la estadía y con las actividades que podríamos realizar y con el detalle de bienvenida. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a duda, está muy cerca del centro. Fui con mi familia y todos quedamos fascinados por la maravillosa atención y ubicación del lugar. Volvería en otra ocasión.

Nos encantó hospedarnos en su Airbnb. Respondió rápidamente los mensajes y fue muy flexible para nuestro check-in. Estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y nos recomendó muchos lugares para visitar en Cuenca. El Airbnb es bastante amplio, cuenta con muchas facilidades como secadora y lavadora entre otros. Johanna fue muy atenta y cálida en todo momento.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant time. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, only 10 minutes walk to the historic center. The house is spacious with a barbecue equipped garden, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The host is very kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who are visiting Cuenca!

Jane 的房源是我对昆卡美好体验感受的第一步。我首先是被Jane热情友好的态度感染，因为我是从巴尼奥斯坐巴士到的昆卡，巴士到达的时间比预计的晚了2个多小时，路上手机信号不好未能及时跟Jane联系。但她一直等到我到达，这使我很感动，也很歉意。进到公寓，我就被里面干净整洁又温馨的布置吸引，Jane还专门为我预备了一大桶矿泉水，厨房设施和基本用品都很齐全，可以马上做东西吃，感觉像回到家一样，很舒服和也很感动。房源晚上很安静，白天稍微有车过的声音，但不影响休息。Jane提供了很宽大又舒服的床，浴室的热水很充沛，在外面旅行一天回来，这个家是一个很治愈心灵和解除身体劳顿的温暖所在。还有一点要特别提到，房源的网络速度很快，很适合zoom办公，我的线上工作一点都没有受到影响。特别要感谢的，是Jane仁爱良善的心，我因为家里突发事情，原来预定的入住时间需要调整，后面的预定要取消。Jane一直很体谅，并协助平台帮助我们取消后面的预定和退款。如果再次去到昆卡，我希望还能入住Jane的房源，这里是一个美好舒适的游客之家，我也真诚向朋友推荐了Jane的房源，希望他们来到昆卡时也有跟我一样的美好体验和感动。昆卡实在是很美，因为有Jane一家这样美好的昆卡人。

No quiero decir a los demás que este lugar es lo mejor que hay porque quiero guardarlo para mi mismo. Es un lugar muy seguro, hermoso, tranquilo, con una increíble vista de la ciudad desde la terraza. El barrio tiene todo lo que necesitas en términos de restaurantes, farmacias, doctores, escuelas de español, tiendas de artesanía local, clases de cocina, tours en bus, etc. Aunque el diseño del acústico es excelente, puedes oír música tecno por la noche a veces. Si eres alguien de un lugar muy poco ruidoso y despiertas fácilmente, te recomiendo usar ruido blanco y audífonos. No creo que puedas elegir un departamento mejor en centro histórico. Disfrútalo!

I had an absolute amazing experience by Valeria Home. It was beautifully designed and comfortable great and quiet location. I stayed there for one month. It’s definitely comfortable for long stays. Valeria was the best host I ever had. She was very nice and accommodating and helped me with all my needs. I hope to be back soon!
