Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sayausi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was excellent, the accommodation was very nice, I felt right at home. It is located in a very quiet and safe gated community, and on the terrace there are beautiful views for breakfast. I would definitely choose them again for my future visits to Cuenca. It should be noted that the hosts are very cordial and friendly and helped me at all times 😁

Beautiful estate, very well maintained, perfect for resting. Central, very close to Cuenca, but at the same time sufficiently secluded, projecting tranquility and peace. Its amenities are inviting for a better rest. Our young adults enjoyed the tennis court, basketball and board games. At the end of the day, relaxing by the fireplace was one of the best moments... We recommend this Quinta 100%.

Located a block from the most beautiful park and church in the city - near shops, restaurants and also just a few blocks from the stunning river area. Clean, and equipped with good towels and comfortable beds. I would book again.

I had been to Constantino's house before, this was my second time (the first was in 2021) and I was pleasantly surprised that the house has many improvements, such as various alcoholic beverages available for consumption (with an extra charge) and also, a space for a bonfire. The property is modern, elegant and located in a beautiful setting. An incredible plus is the service provided by Rosita, the housekeeper who makes breakfast and cleans the house. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends

A worthy place to return! We went as a family and we all had fun, from the adults to the little ones. The house is very comfortable and the landscapes perfectly frame the house. Paul was very attentive and explained in detail everything we could do. We'll definitely be back!!
