Beautiful Vacacional House

We loved everything, the house in person is better than in the photos. Very well decorated, very cozy. It has everything you need, good kitchen utensils and tableware. Flexible check-in helps you to be calm. It is very conveniently located in Cuenca, 10 minutes from downtown by car, close to Mall del Río, Supermaxi, bakeries, cascaritas, etc. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet, there was no noise. When we return to Cuenca we will look to stay there again.

A light-filled entrance features a wooden bench beside potted plants. Two small windows frame the door, allowing natural light to enhance the muted tones of the plastered wall. An awning provides shelter from above while stairs lead to the upper level.

It was enchanted and I highly recommend! The place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. I am very grateful to Verónica and her family for all their help in the stay and with the activities we could do and with the welcome detail. I definitely recommend it, it's very close to downtown. I went with my family and we were all fascinated by the wonderful attention and location of the place. I'd come back another time.

The truth is, I always go to Cuenca because my wife's family and she are from there, the apartment was amazing, the area is perfect! You have everything nearby and if you travel by bus or something you are a 5 or 7 minute walk away, Christian was amazing! The privacy and tranquility was perfect! You can get there from anywhere, but it's right next door!

The house is very nice and cozy as seen in the photos and is very conveniently located near tourist places in the city. Denis is an excellent host and was always attentive to everything, immediately answering any questions. We'll definitely be back. I recommend it 100%.

I recommend it, his instructions are just like the photos, everything is very clean, Chris welcomed us very kindly late at night with my family, he is always attentive and very kind in his attention. The beds are very comfortable, I loved that each room has its own TV and the Pin Pon area. Cleaning ✔️ Internet ✔️ Hot water ✔️ A very nice place. Near the apartment there is a small park and everything is very quiet, 10/10 👍✨ I would definitely come back✨

The house exceeded our expectations, it was very cozy. We were 6 adults, 2 children and a baby, they were very kind in helping us with a playpen for the baby's comfort. We had a store two steps away from the house and it was really complete. Really great place for a big family.

The stay at Rocio’s place was all around amazing. The home itself was spacious enough for our group and centrally located. Everything was walkable, 10-15 minutes at most. Private parking was a big plus as well! Rocio also provided amazing local recommendations!
