The apartment is new and we received it in impeccable condition. Its location allowed us to enjoy a quiet vacation, close to the city's main attractions. Alexandra's service was extraordinary, she always gave us flexibility in the check-in/check-out process. It is definitely a place that I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment while visiting this beautiful city!!

A nice place to rest if you want peace and quiet. Although if you want movement, it is close to malles, downtown or Turi by car 12min. Easy to tour, very safe place, quiet neighborhood, tentitas nearby and up to a health center. Mrs. ANA who welcomes you is very kind, even the dogs in the area are friendly (I love the animals🥰). Don Richard is very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great time, relaxed, happy with the good atmosphere. Everything was as described in the listing. It has all the comforts of a pleasant stay.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Airbnb on April 4, 2025 and it was a really nice experience. What I liked the most was its excellent location, which made our trips much easier and allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings. The accommodation was very well maintained, clean and with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was prompt and cordial, which made the whole process very simple. I would definitely recommend the Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place for their next getaway. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent place to stay Everything is within reach, from shops, restaurants, a shopping mall, and it's very quiet to get around on foot. Just like the ad, everything is private, and there's a good parking space. Highly recommended.

The truth is, I always go to Cuenca because my wife's family and she are from there, the apartment was amazing, the area is perfect! You have everything nearby and if you travel by bus or something you are a 5 or 7 minute walk away, Christian was amazing! The privacy and tranquility was perfect! You can get there from anywhere, but it's right next door!

It was enchanted and I highly recommend! The place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. I am very grateful to Verónica and her family for all their help in the stay and with the activities we could do and with the welcome detail. I definitely recommend it, it's very close to downtown. I went with my family and we were all fascinated by the wonderful attention and location of the place. I'd come back another time.

A wonderful place. Clean, tidy and super cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect, since it's close to a lot of tourist attractions, bars, and restaurants. The host was always attentive and concerned that our stay was wonderful.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to make meals at home. Irma is responsive and helpful.

We stayed at this Airbnb located within a hotel in Cuenca for one night, and it was perfect for our quick stop. We arrived after hours and really appreciated how secure everything was. The gated parking garage gave us peace of mind about leaving our car overnight. When we arrived, the on-site security was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with check-in and making sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, including a fridge and a private bathroom. Even though our stay was short, everything was smooth and convenient. We felt safe and well taken care of—definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable and secure place to stay in Cuenca!
