Artistic and quirky house. I loved it! You have to duck a lot, but it’s super cool. <5min walk to beach or downtown.

Very good stay! The place was in a great area, close to many spots, and super spacious with all the necessary amenities. The interior design was really cute and made it feel extra welcoming. Would recommend!

Beautiful house with a spectacular view! Watch the sunset and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean. Incredible hiking / running just out the front door. Kids (aged 10-15) loved the glamping tent! Wonderful hosts did everything possible to make our stay perfect.

Had the best time staying here , hot tub and spa was relaxing and was very well needed. House was clean and cozy would definitely book again

OMG, I wanted to stay like, forever! This place is so nicely decorated and charming! I loved the flowers and yard. Walking around the neighborhood was lovely. It was just beautiful. The hot tub was a nice added treat. I have a favorite Jewelry designer in Berkley called Hotcakes/Favor that I got to visit and shop. There are so many places to explore in the area. I definitely want to come back.

Mara is a great host, charming and thorough.........a great combination for us! Her detailed instructions and "hands-off" thereafter approach was perfect for us. The unit was just the right size for us and had everything we needed for our week plus stay. We hope to visit and stay again in the future as the location is perfect for us.

We loved staying at the Dipsea Cottage. It’s a beautiful, calming, and comfortable space. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, playground, and shops. We look forward to coming back here again!

Quaint little cottage and private deck away from and yet close to the town. Excellent and super-responsive hosts, very sweet and kind. Highly recommend for a serene experience in nature on your next Petaluma trip. :)

It was a really nice stay for me and my two dogs. Extremely nice family, and nice quiet & private place. It was unlike most Airbnb’s in that everything in the interior had a personal touch, it was fully stocked to cook, every possible need, both to cook inside & out. Most AirBnB’s have a bit of an “IKEA” feel, this felt like a true guest house, decorated, quality furniture, extremely clean. The drive in was beautiful, and the unit was great to stay in.

Great neighborhood. Back yard was beautiful. It was also private, for being in a neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked minimally, but enough for the basics. Master bed was so soft, it didn’t have enough support for us. The other bed was very firm, but too tall for my wife to get on.

This place is good for a small family to stay ,quiet and spacious,easy to access a lot of place.

Very nice place ! Parking was pretty easy to find outside if you have more than one car and I’d recommend backing in to the parking spot inside if you have a larger vehicle ! Pretty close to most stores and we didn’t have any issues will stay there again !

This sweet little artist cottage was just perfect. Mindy has put a lot of effort and energy in making sure there are so many things available for her guests: Kitchen Staples, along with different kinds of coffee and coffee makers. There were fresh eggs and beautiful chocolates, and so much more which made our stay extra special. The cottage is surrounded by a small yard and lovely trees. There is a dedicated parking spot, which was so nice. Very quiet, clean, and the furnishings are just beautiful. Will definitely book again. Thank you for being an exceptional host!

This was a great place! Close to everything but still very quiet, clean and lovely on the inside with a beautiful courtyard on the outside and safe parking. Everything was just as described, and I would definitely stay again!

Second stay, and I would love to stay a third time.

Location was a dream come true! The cottage had everything and the beds were so comfortable. The secure and spacious yard for my pup was a major bonus. Very clean and odor free while maintaining all of its original charm💕

It was an easy and comfortable place to settle into. Great bed, easy to use thermostat, lots of drawers and closet space. It has two nice decks to sit outside but we didn't use them much because the weather was pretty cold. I guess the weather is the only thing we can complain about! We enjoyed coffee and delicious pastries at the little cafe around the corner. And we had a short walk to see our son and grandchildren. A great place for us and we'd like to stay there again.

Sean & Jen’s listing is what AirBnB is all about. A lovely , tranquil and elegant space built probably for themselves and being shared to fellow guests. Great amenities and well setup. The creek is magical . We enjoyed our stay and hope to return .

I literally couldn’t have asked for more. They were so responsive and helpful with anything we may need. I stayed here for a month for surgery and didn’t want to leave when the month was over. The tiny house was clean and exactly what I wanted and needed for my recovery. Close to everything I needed and wanted to get to. All the light and fresh air you can ask for. Recommendations for food and stores. Visits from their amazing dog!! I wouldn’t change a thing! What an amazing host, family, city, and tiny home. I will definitely be back.

This is our 2nd time staying at this magical cottage. Tina is an excellent host who is available to answer any questions her guests might have. Not only is the interior of this Air B&B inviting, the cottage is also well equipped for a comfortable stay. The garden that surrounds the cottage is lovely and inviting. This trip I saw a humming bird taking a bath in one of the garden’s fountains. There is always plenty of street parking in Tina’s beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this special cottage and will look forward to staying there on our next visit to Oakland.

The house was clean and comfortable in an impossible-to-beat location. Plenty of nearby options for food, shopping, and endless oceanside hikes. The kitchen was well stocked for all of your cooking needs. A few basics were missed such as a delay in check in, due to key code not shared, and mysteriously few bottles of hand soap, but nothing we couldn’t work around. We would stay here again!

Stayed here for a weekend trip and it was perfect! The place was very cute and parking was easy. Check in/out was easy and Eddie was very clear with instructions.

This is a great place to stay in the bay! This reminds me of how are bnb was before it became really corporate. Her space was really charming and there were a lot of extras like food and blankets.

Another great stay in this amazing cottage in Noe Valley! This is the place to truly relax and have time for yourself in between your busy SF travels! You are in the best neighborhood that is within walking distance to all Noe Valley and the Mission have to offer! Sebastian and his family have made an amazing space! This is the second of many more stays for me! Thank you!
