Monthly Rentals in Sattendorf

The apartment is super nice, comfortable and functional, we have never found an accommodation as well supplied (coffee, spices, beers, toiletries, first aid kit). It is designed to be a second home and it really succeeds, we really enjoyed the time we spent there, also thanks to the beautiful fenced garden with deck chairs and umbrella. The house is really well maintained, clean and quiet, despite being in a fairly populated condominium in August. Convenient garage parking. The apartment is near the boat stop that crosses the lake, in 5 minutes by car with free parking you can reach the cable car. It doesn't have many amenities, we spent the evenings in Villach or Ossiach. To experience the lake (baths, sup and kayak rentals) we preferred the nearby Bodensdorf, a 5-minute drive away. Very simple communication with the host Nadine, always ready to give information, even for late self check-in. We recommend this apartment!

My family and I had a wonderful holiday in Thomas's apartment. We were extremely surprised by the cleanliness of the entire apartment. Although the equipment is a bit outdated, everything was extremely clean. Upon arrival at the apartment, we were greeted by many small welcome touches. The kitchen is very well stocked, equipped with all the spices, teas, coffee, oil, vinegar... and everything you need as an addition to cook. There were lots of board games for the children, coloring books, crayons, felt-tip pens... they really liked it. All these little touches made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

A really great place right on the lake. There were many excursions very close by. Nevertheless, we spent a lot of time in the garden of the property, as it is located directly on the lake and you can swim wonderfully. Markus is a nice, reliable and very relaxed host. Thank you
