The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

The apartment at the foot of the Gerlitzen is located in an annex, part of the spacious garden of which can be used by our guests. In summer, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and many other great excursion destinations. In perfect snow conditions, you can ski to the front door. The ski resort is ideal for all ages.

The location does not disappoint; you will be staying about 500m from the lake, and about 1200m from the train, boat and gondola station. The gondola will take you to the famous Gerlitzen Gipfel, where you can hike, or go paragliding to enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and lakes.
