Vacation rentals with a home theater in Sarthe

We had a magical stay at Stephane’s place. The house is a charming mixture of old and new and the games room was a real hit. Many a happy hour was spent playing pool and trampolining. The swimming pool was beautifully maintained and we swam at least 3 times a day. We ate outside almost everyday under the shade of a tree with a gentle breeze. They have a couple of resident cats. One we didn’t really see but the other was very friendly and enjoyed being stoked by people of all ages and its favourite spot for sleeping was at our feet 😊. We didn’t explore much of the local area because the house was such a lovely place to be but Le Mans was a great day out. It is worth noting the in August much of France shuts down for their holidays but there are always local supermarkets that are open. There was also much more to the house with its amazing sound systems (real record players and Alexa for example) and movie projector that we didn’t get round to exploring.

Great space, secure private residence. Refurbished, fully equipped, TV projector consoles all streaming available. And in season, the pool. What more is needed for this price

Very nice and very responsive hosts. The accommodation was amazing, very easy to access, super nice. I really liked the terrace as a smoker. It was really very good, my boyfriend also liked it very much. I would come back.

Ideal for relaxing in the countryside. Very nice, well-equipped house with all the comforts you need. Hosts available and very responsive. We had a great time.

The proposed house Virginia and Vincent is simply superb which really enjoyed it and allowed everyone to leave with great memories full of heads. Stéphanie's welcome and exit were perfect, he is a very welcoming person and really concerned about the comfort of the occupants. Perfect for large groups who want to decompress. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back. 😁

The accommodation was very nice and suitable for a large family... The decoration - done with taste - is warm, it feels welcoming. The plus was undoubtedly a kitchen (and its utensils) suitable for as many people as possible ... It happens very often when you rent a house and there are many of us, that the equipment offered on site is inadequate for the number of beds. This is not the case here!!! Everything is done to accommodate guests in the best conditions. Thank you Oliver & Lalaina

What a charming refuge! There is a landscaped courtyard, a true oasis of tranquility. The apartment, with a unique style, is tastefully furnished with quality materials. The bedroom, on the other hand, offers a peaceful hall with a superb TV screen. I can only highly recommend this little cocoon, especially since the host is attentive and goes out of their way for the well-being of their guests.

Flawless accommodation, we stayed one night to make a stop on our way, it was great. Parking space is a plus

Thanks to Sylvie for this stay with friends and children. There were 6 of us and we had all the comforts we needed. We were even able to meet unexpectedly at the bakery.
