The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

O apartamento é ótimo, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Um pouco afastado do centro histórico (cerca de 30 minutos a pé), mas o caminho é agradável. A anfitriã foi muito gentil, deixou café e outras coisas para usarmos na cozinha. A única coisa não tão boa é o chuveiro, que é bem fraco e tem mudanças bruscas de temperatura.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Magnifique appartement très bien rénové et équipé haut de gamme. Terrasse très agréable, joilie vue. Le village est très sympa, vivant. Très bons commerces aux alentours. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Très bon point de base pour visiter la région

Malgré un emplacement entre une route et une voie ferrée, ce logement reste bien calme, juste à côté d'un petit espace de verdure...Les trains sont peu nombreux et l'appartement bien isolé...Nous avons essentiellement visité les villes et villages d'Ombrie qui sont splendides : Orvieto, Spello, Montepulciano, Assise, ...et la proximité du lac de Trasimène permet des balades agréables sur la voie cyclable... Passignano attire beaucoup de touristes... C'était vraiment un beau séjour.

Joli studio dans un beau domaine viticole, idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain rénovée est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement du studio avec vis à vis direct sur toutes les voies de passage du domaine (fenêtre de la chambre directement sur la terrasse du restaurant).

Esperienza molto positiva grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilita dell' host, alla bellezza del luogo e della struttura e alla posizione in relazione al piccolo e grazioso centro urbano di Monteroni. La nostra camera, all interno del rustico casale, era molto comoda, larga, ben restaurata e offriva il meglio per un soggiorno nella compagine della campagna senese.

Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

A deux pas de la belle Sienne, rez-de-chaussée de villa agréable et spacieux. Grands espaces, belles sdb. Super équipement général (cave à vin !) mais ni tasses ni mugs. Pas d'huile ou de condiments ( sel). Très dommage surtout à la vue de la prestation générale. par contre capsules cafés en nombre suffisant. Presque parfait donc !

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

Die wohnung liegt wunderschön in der toskanischen landschaft. Siena ist super zu erreichen mit dem auto, ca 10 minuten. Die wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet man fühlt sich sehr zu hause. Die terrasse und garten waren sehr schön. Und die wegbeschreibung und check in mit sehr toller beschreibung. Wir danken anna für den schönen aufenthalt in ihrem hübschen toskanischen hsus.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

L’appartamento è bellissimo, molto curato, arredato con gusto. La zona è silenziosa, tranquilla. Li ringrazio del check in rapidissimo. Avevo molta fretta. Purtroppo ci sono stata pochissimo, poche ore a notte, perché ero lì per lavoro. E’ un peccato. Merita di essere vissuto.

Was soll man sagen, Marian und Luca waren mehr als Hilfsbereit. Auf diesem Weg möchten wir einfach nochmal Danke sagen! Das Wort nein hab es bei den beiden nicht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch mit Kleinkind und Hund wurden wir nicht nur freu dlich empfangen sondern die beiden waren auch für die Gastgeber gefühlt ein Highlight. Danke danke danke. Wir werden uns Wiedersehen. really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the enchanting historical town of Montepulciano. The apartment is so central, with many great restaurants and shops. Very clean and very easy check in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We loved our time in Montepulciano, thank you!
