Cosy house with stunning views

Our house, built in 1925, has amazing panoramic views on to the highest peaks in the Pyrenees and is a comfortable family home with an open plan living area, a balcony and scenic garden. Artigue is set at 1200m in the central Pyrenees. The village is small but the neighbours are friendly and there are endless lovely walks from the doorstep. Bagneres de Luchon is a 15 minute drive away, where there are many bars and restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and lots more walking trails.

Large 65 m2 apartment for 2 people. The best thing about this accommodation is its geographical location in relation to tourist sites (15 to 30 minutes) and ski resorts. Whether it's Hautacam, Cauterêts, Barèges, Pont d'Espagne, Gavarnie (its Unesco-classified cirque), Luz-Saint-Sauveur and its heritage (fortified church) The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, we live on the 1st floor. You are 5 minutes from Argelès-Gazost (market on Tuesday morning), Animal Park.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! All the charm of a 200 year old house with the comfort of modern amenities. We used the Nordic bath both nights and it was well worth the extra price. We enjoyed hikes in the area and a visit to Lourdes. We just wished we could have stayed for multiple weeks! The hosts were so warm and accommodating.

We just stayed at Katy and Julien's with my family and it was a great time. The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly equipped. We had a great time in an ideal setting. The accommodation is also very well located, just two minutes from the lifts to access the Plat d'Adet. A perfect location to enjoy the mountains! Young and old were delighted with our few days in this house. It is very functional and above all very cozy and warm. She offers everything you need. The little ones enjoyed the lounge area, the large beds, the books and games available as well as the opportunity to see ponies and goats on foot. The adults liked the walks possible from the house as well as the proximity to Luchon and Loudenvielle. The large wooden terrace was very nice and the view was magnificent. A special thank you for accepting pets. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden for basking in the sun. Hopefully we get a chance to come back!

Christine's place is very pleasant, at the foot of the mountains, quiet. everything you need is present in the sheepfold (games, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor table, raclette machine...) possibility to park 2 or 3 cars. communication with christine was excellent. i recommend it!
