Beautiful studio apartment in a very serene and peaceful area, yet close to old town and market and restaurants. Everything looked brand new and very clean, and the garden out back was beautiful to sit in in the morning or evening with a view of town, old beautiful church, and sound of a nearby river flowing right below. Mei was very friendly and responsive and even left some waters and bottle of local wine to welcome us. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The breathtaking mountain view, the responsive host, and the clean house… The hot water for showering was particularly delightful, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. The Pardellerhof family was incredibly warm and accommodating. Our host kindly offered valuable advice about the traffic conditions for our hiking plans and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. The center of Lüsen is just a 10-minute walk away, making everything conveniently accessible. Highly recommend if you want to feel Dolomites!!

Great place, super friendly. 3 minutes' walk and there are several cafes, a butcher, an organic bakery and a pizzeria. It is a 5-minute walk to the very large Spar supermarket, which leaves nothing to be desired. 10 minutes to the really beautiful old town. Bressanone is absolutely worth a stay…
