Beautiful studio apartment in a very serene and peaceful area, yet close to old town and market and restaurants. Everything looked brand new and very clean, and the garden out back was beautiful to sit in in the morning or evening with a view of town, old beautiful church, and sound of a nearby river flowing right below. Mei was very friendly and responsive and even left some waters and bottle of local wine to welcome us. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The breathtaking mountain view, the responsive host, and the clean house… The hot water for showering was particularly delightful, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. The Pardellerhof family was incredibly warm and accommodating. Our host kindly offered valuable advice about the traffic conditions for our hiking plans and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. The center of Lüsen is just a 10-minute walk away, making everything conveniently accessible. Highly recommend if you want to feel Dolomites!!

It’s hard to put into words how incredible this place was — truly one of the most unforgettable homes we’ve ever stayed in during our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the beauty of the house and its surroundings. We stood there for nearly half an hour just soaking it all in. The home was spotless, cozy, and filled with charm. And the view… absolutely breathtaking. Our lovely host, Lorenzo, made the experience even more special. She welcomed us with a thoughtful bottle of wine, and surprised us with a delicious jar of local jam when we left — such a kind and personal touch. Every moment of our stay was magical. We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this place to anyone looking for a special Italian getaway. We will definitely come back

The stay at Herbert’s hotel was one of the best experiences I have had. The breakfast serviced was wonderful. The eggs were fresh from their chickens. Herbert was very helpful with helping me plan my hikes for the day. I chose to have dinner at the hotel and the fool was all home cooked. Super Unterkunft, super freundlich. 3 Minuten zu Fuß und es gibt mehrere Cafés, einen Fleischer, einen Biobäcker und eine Pizzeria. 5 Minuten zu Fuß sind es bis zum sehr großen Spar-Markt der keine Wünsche offen lässt. 10 Minuten bis in die wirklich schöne Altsstadt. Brixen - Brassanone ist absolut einen Aufenthalt wert…
