This old barn is so well renovated. Very clean, nicely decorated and tasteful. Florence and Loïc are very friendly people. The very positive point is that this cottage is really quiet, ideal for recharging your batteries while being close to the main shops. There are also many easily accessible walking and hiking opportunities. Had a great time, you can go there without so much as a second thought!

We had a lovely stay at this quiet, comfortable, and clean apartment. It was perfect for a quick stay during our road trip with convenient and free parking very close. We loved the peaceful outdoor seating area and the host was super quick to respond to questions. The flat was spotlessly clean and stocked with all essentials. We would definitely stay again!

Nelly is very friendly and speaks English very helpful to us as our French is poor. Lovely to sit by the pool & walk in the grounds of the house. We walked into Le Mans. Beautiful city, had a lovely meal visited the river. Also toured the local area and visited Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. Would like to go back.

Beautiful little house, I confirm all the positive reviews... Don't regret it!! The only small regret but like all other rentals the checkout time is 11 a.m. We would have liked to enjoy this house where we felt good. Downtown 17 minutes' walk, excellent!!! Thank you

Camille is a very thoughtful and ultra responsive host. The apartment is simple and clean, quiet. We slept well, that's the main thing. There's nothing special about the neighborhood. Be careful, however, 4th floor without elevator. Not disturbing if you're athletic😀.

Very good weekend spent at Annick's cottage. Great welcome and availability. Very comfortable cottage and matches the description. Ideally located with direct access to Papea Park and the Arche de la Nature.
