La planta baja consta de sala de estar, comedor, aseo, cocina totalmente equipada, terraza exterior y gran patio jardín de 100 m² en la parte posterior comunicado con el garaje con capacidad para entrar varios coches y un gran porche , coladuría con otro inodoro y lavabo. La planta superior consta de 1 dormitorio doble con 2 camas y 3 dormitorios individuales con 1 cama. 1 baño con ducha y lavabo. Zona de trabajo y una terraza.
