My stay was excellent. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the period, and the apartment perfectly matches the photos and description: clean, organized and well located. The only caveat concerns the concierge of the building, which, unfortunately, could not allow me to leave my luggage before check-in time. I arrived from an early flight and this facility would have been quite helpful. However, this situation did not compromise the quality of the accommodation, which I recommend without hesitation.

Gustavo is a very polite, helpful host. Beautiful apartment as in the photos, new, good paint, beautiful furniture, everything clean, bathroom with warm water, super tidy and beautiful. 2 stars, but the window is dangerous for those with children, and the mattress of the box bed is very old, super sunken, we slept very badly on it, I woke up with back pain. Very nice apartment, great location, easy to get Uber, receive delivery. The concierge staff is very confusing, even though I sent the photo for faster check-in, it took a while, and every time I left, I needed to keep identifying myself. The location has no parking space. I had to find a parking spot and pay a separate fee.

Everything was excellent! Quick check-in, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Excellent location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all close to the apartment. Clean, impeccable location, air-conditioning, everything perfect! Highly recommended!

We only have to thank Erika for all support and kindness provided. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, impeccable cleaning with a wonderful perfume that has remained for the entire time we have been, everything is thought to have the greatest possible comfort outside the home. Safe neighborhood, with bakery and pharmacy nearby, very kind and polite employees, we spent Friday to Sunday in the accommodation and was one of the quietest and most private stays we stayed in this city. For pet parents: it is not described but the condominium has a beautiful pet area that made our Pagu very happy. We had zero problem even though it had as a habit to do the necessities on the grass.

The studio is a grace, well planned, decorated and equipped. The environment is quiet, quiet and safe. The kitchenette is super efficient. I chose this place for cooking a lot and it was excellent. In fact, Gustavo had bought a new blender and took it to me super fast because I know I use it a lot. The communication with Gustavo is super fast and enjoyable. He was always very polite and proactive. I certainly recommend it and hope to come back more often.

I spent a week with my family in this home and it was very tasty!!! The house is super cozy, spacious, well equipped and surrounded by nature and quiet, precisely what we were looking for! Rodrigo was an excellent host, gave us clear instructions, very useful indications of nearby services and helped me with all the questions, always responding promptly. We will definitely return!

One of the best places I've ever been! :) Really super nicely decorated and looked exactly like the photos. The pool is quite small, but is completely sufficient for cooling off. There was nothing lacking in equipment. Viviane is super sweet and helped us with everything. We would come back ❤️

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

Great host and home. Antonio was very responsive, shared local recommendations, and made us feel at home. The home beautiful, peaceful, and provided a very comfortable stay. We would certainly choose this Airbnb home for a future stay in São Paulo.

First, I must mention that the reservation was made in record time. Unfortunately because the other host did not give their check-in information until the day of entry, this reservation was canceled. City Council Imagine the sadness that was on my family! But with the help of Airbnb staff, I was able to close another space in a matter of three hours for the same day. I must also thank the Super Host Brasil who was giving a very quick return and showed empathy for the problem exposed. The new space was wonderful and much better that the pictures show: wide, clean, organized and cozy. They went beyond our expectations.

The stay at Denise's house was delightful. The house is excellent, exactly as shown in the photos and description and the host was very helpful. I highly recommend it!

It was all perfect, the jacuzzi is very nice, the whole place is very nice, quiet neighborhood, the staff of the very attentive building, me and my girlfriend love to spend the weekend, we will be back for sure!

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Anahy is a great host, she sent clear and objective guidelines, the condominium has good security, the apartment is extremely complete, organized and clean. We didn't miss anything. We'll definitely be back!
