Vacation rentals with a pool in São José

Very nice house! Very large and comfortable for 8 people, it is a bit far from the tourist beaches of Florianopolis but the location is super safe and nice but without beaches nearby.

It was my best stay, the host André was super attentive, kind, polite, the house matches the listing, even better in person, the house offers comfort, privacy, has everything for a peaceful stay, the host is always willing to assist us, in the end I felt at home and I intend to return more times

it was very good! very spacious house large cuisine, swimming pool had everything he needed, large markets 10-15 minutes by car and beaches near 40 minutes by palhoça other beaches such as jurere,Daniela,canasvieiras and the English are about 1 hour but by quiet car I loved it and my dog loved the space of the patio very large if we go back concertsa 😁

Of all the Airbnb experiences, this one was certainly the best. Mr. Paulo was 5 stars in everything. We felt very good in the house, the pool is very cool (it is not very deep). The view is spectacular and the house is really cool. The house is great, but Mr. Paulo is even greater. We felt at home

The family loved the space, a place super clean, quiet and with many leisure options. We intend to get back to next year, the host is a super nice person, he paid attention to us all the time, answering our questions. I highly recommend it.

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

Estadia was otima, direct access to the beachfront. Apt according to photos. Gabriela always attentive. We were very supportive both at check in and at checkout. We'll be back for sure. Thank you for everything!

great place.. only more negative observations are that the pool is in front of the host's house, taking away protection, and the apartment has no wardrobe

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.

The place is great and the amenities are amazing! Pools, playground l, gym, game room and walkable to the beach!

Jeremy and the team was always responsive and we had great time with family at his place.
