We came by car from Rio de Janeiro, our experience with the accommodation was great in every way, the location was the highest point of the stay. As we were by car, it was very easy to go to all the possible beaches and the neighborhood has everything you need, from a market to a hospital. we loved it and thought the accommodation was a wonderful cost benefit. Some points need a little attention for those seeking comfort as the main point, the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator and the apartment has only one double bed and one sofa bed. which served us very well, we liked it so much that we extended the stay by another 4 days. I want to thank Adriana and her husband for their attention, the trip was amazing. success to you!

Wonderful apartment and very kind, responsive hosts En and Daniela met❤️ us at night, helped us check in, showed the apartment. We were always in touch with all questions, very helpful in navigating the area. The apartment looks very clean and tidy as in the photos. All amenities are available: dishes, bed linen, towels. Near the house there is a public transport stop, a large supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, there are also small grocery stores, a pastry shop, pharmacies and shops for the house. Within a 15-minute walk is the promenade of São José, you can walk. It is convenient to get to the center of Floripa by taxi ( it is inexpensive), we used Uber most often, as the price is almost the same as by bus. Neighbors are very quiet, polite and nice) We thank Ener and Daniel for their help in everyday matters, for their attention, friendliness and a great apartment!

it was very good! very spacious house large cuisine, swimming pool had everything he needed, large markets 10-15 minutes by car and beaches near 40 minutes by palhoça other beaches such as jurere,Daniela,canasvieiras and the English are about 1 hour but by quiet car I loved it and my dog loved the space of the patio very large if we go back concertsa 😁

Of all the Airbnb experiences, this one was certainly the best. Mr. Paulo was 5 stars in everything. We felt very good in the house, the pool is very cool (it is not very deep). The view is spectacular and the house is really cool. The house is great, but Mr. Paulo is even greater. We felt at home

The stay was great! We were very well received. The house was bigger than we imagined. There were 16 of us and there was still space left. Neighborhood safe and close to everything. The owner has a team that responds super fast. We like it very much and intend to return next year!

Super recommend! We stayed 4 days and were sensational, clean towels, linens clean everything, environment as is in the description! Fabíola let us in before the agreed time, and after tbm! It's worth it.

Very good experience. The apartment is very nice, bright and ventilated. The location is perfect for those who don't like to be downtown, but also not isolated, and we enjoyed walking a bit. The area is quiet and well connected. The hosts are attentive and friendly.
