Great place to rest, tuso organized as in the photos. Mae do Franco that welcomes us into the house, a friendliness, we feel at home.

Excellent refuge, good structure in the house, with several household items, very comfortable beds, all very clean and organized. Excellent Pool for gathering friends. The only point to note is that as it is a place with animals, some people may feel uncomfortable with some odors on the outside of the normal home of a country region, there are also plenty of rubber mosquitoes even with a milder climate, but we have no way to control this.

The stay at Fernando's house was incredible. The house has a great location, close to the beach and with nearby bars and restaurants. The house is spacious, comfortable and has several forms of leisure such as pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped and communication with Fernando was quick and clear. We'll be back for sure!

Our experience at Recanto Schmidt was simply amazing! A charming place, with lots of contact with nature, perfect for resting and recharging. The house is super equipped, extremely clean and cared for with great affection. Host Renata was always attentive, ready to answer any questions and make our stay even more peaceful. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We recommend with eyes closed! We will definitely return more often!

I had the opportunity to stay in a beautiful house at Lagoa de Florianópolis, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The location, although a bit isolated, is exactly what makes this place so special. Nestled in nature, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustle of the city. The house is cozy and well-equipped, with carefully interiors and a breathtaking view of the lagoon. Waking up each morning to the sight of a serene landscape is truly priceless. The tranquility of the place allows for complete relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding nature. While it may take a short drive to reach nearby beaches and local restaurants, this isolation is an advantage; it provides a real escape from daily stress. Here, you have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature, engaging in outdoor activities or simply enjoying the silence and beauty of the landscape. Vania and Mariah are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to offer useful tips on what to visit.

It was an amazing experience. Super quiet place, for those looking for tranquility, with a lot of nature. Wonderful view. The host Michel, super receptive and very flexible, has taken care of us whenever we need it. The house was spotless, as described. Very complete and cozy, we felt at home. Great stay! Downstairs little living space & the stairs are quite dangerous. Otherwise nice and can have a good time and everything nearby (supermarket, restaurants, beach)

The apartment is impeccable, you feel at home, with all the amenities and utensils of the first line. You notice the affection in receiving items that are not usually found, from hygiene to cooking spices. Ingo was super requested throughout our stay. The apto is steps from the sea and the condominium is wonderful, with a fitness center, spa, heated pool. You'll surely be surprised at this home! We'll be back.

We were very well received by the whole team, the place is wonderful, with an impeccable structure that meets beyond the expected.

Very good experience, the apartment complied with what it offered and was in a rather quiet place, without so much noise. It had supermarkets and places to eat close to the location and the beach was a couple of blocks away. They cared about changing towels every few days and attentive to the requirements one had.

Apartment well located, spacious and complete. Infra building structure very good and having beach service makes it easy for you to come from far away.

The accommodation is spectacular, we spent two beautiful days near a quiet beach and with a range of cuisine at varying distances. We will definitely be back, thanks Karol!!

Our stay was really enjoyable. The apartment was perfectly equipped for cooking and the beds were extremely comfortable, which allowed us to fully rest during our vacations. Tiago was extremely attentive and helpful, maintaining excellent communication and always available to help us. Also, the building is very safe and we had no problems. All in all, our experience was excellent and we are very happy. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had an excellent experience with the host and the host, who always offered tips and suggestions of sights to get to know. The site is about 10 minutes from an entrance to the beach, a super favorable location for travel to any location on the island.

The cabana corresponds to the photos, very beautiful view, well served breakfast, location made it possible to make the trail up to the beach of Daniela and we return by the beach until we reach the beach of the fort, we walk Jurerê whole by the beach, location is very good, but for those who like to walk, I do not recommend for people with walking difficulties.

Gênio is very good people!!!left a beer ,bananas (which we share with the marmosis hehehe ,unpayable to wake up and see them )water in the fridge...details and kindness that make a difference....including the Phebo soap that perfumes the entire bathroom !! Place of peace and nature .Recomendo !

Spotless place Really very beautiful!!

The hut offers good infrastructure, in addition to bringing comfort, privacy and much contact with nature. The host was very solicitous and dear. We were greeted with a delicious cake. The cabin was very clean, organized and had household utensils to use during the stay. The surrounding area was beautiful, and I could walk around the property. The bathtub was also very good with a beautiful view out the window. Suggestion for those who want to know: bring repellent and poison to pernilongo, as there is forest on the outskirts of the cabin.

It was all perfect. Amazing place, cozy, delicious, everything very organized, clean and smelling. In addition to the amazing view, it was great to rest and renew our energies. We were welcomed by Salim, who said that he built everything there, with a lot of love and affection. We left us super at will, left available charcoal, firewood, drinks that we paid for after consumption. We were at home, as if we were at home. We will definitely come back more often.

Amazing is the word! The location is so much better than the pictures. Amidst nature, with a waterfall very close, the place is perfect for resting and disconnecting from the outside world. With good company it gets even better. The cabin is very comfortable too. The welcome from hosts was great, they thought of every detail. We want to come back soon. Whoever's not going to be sorry!

A place where you will surround yourself with pure nature. The cabanha is perfect for spending a few days away from the noise. Everything was very clean and organized. To access the place you have to pass a bridge, at first doubt my vehicle (a suv) could pass but it could be passed without a problem. It is very close to downtown and within walking distance of the beach. Beautiful place without a doubt and highly recommended.
