Very clean and organized house, excellent leisure area. The location is also great, right in front of the continental seaside, with many activities to do. The host is very attentive and kind from the time of booking until the departure from the property.

Our stay at Fernando's studio was very enjoyable. We like the accommodations very much, but especially the neighborhood that is very safe, quiet, close to supermarkets, restaurants and easy to travel to other places. Without mentioning the view of the waterfront that is beautiful and you can walk. We look forward to returning soon!

The stay was great! The super nice condominium, a cute one! Everything very clean and smelling! We felt at home! There is a hairdryer, this was certainly a plus that the girls loved hahah to host tbm super and careful! We will definitely want to repeat 😍

I loved Sergio's little house! I never stayed in an AirBnB where I felt so at home. Definitely worth the price for the stay. The yard and space available are wonderful! Sérgio is also a very dear host, always available to take any doubt away.

Excellent locale, everything you need for stay to have a good use. The only negative point is that the bathroom is very small, I have 1.90 and I had trouble bathing. In the most impeccable place is Bruna and Nicolas are excellent people

The house is exactly as described, spacious place, both the rooms with the two master suites, as well as the living room and kitchen. Very clean and organized environment, very well equipped.. Dona Regina, always responding promptly and very attentive. House with acoustic and thermal insulation exceeded expectations.. We will be back more often, for sure!!

Excellent accommodation, I stayed in a large space for one person but it could fit about 3 people. I was well taken care of, in the region I didn't see things to do without a car, I made my trip with an average Uber of 11 to 14 reais to the center of Florianópolis very fast. There are buses that leave from platform c of the ticen terminal but it takes 40 minutes... so it's not worth it if you want to enjoy the city, time is worth gold.

The house is beautiful and super-equipped, perfect for incredible family days. It is a large and very private environment. We had a wonderful stay, taking advantage of every detail of the space. Pool is great and the hydro tub is a super differential. Everyone had a great time. In addition, Luana's service was exceptional: always very dear and agile in the answers, making us very comfortable. I highly recommend!

It was a nice and quiet place, in accordance with what was published, but it is outside the island of Florianopolis, which I did not realize at the time of renting. It is located on the mainland about 30 minutes from downtown Florianopolis. That was not a problem since we had rented a car. I don't know how transportation is in the area, but with respect to the accommodation, it's excellent, with supermarkets and gas stations nearby
