The stay was great, everything as advertised, everything was easy and practical, wonderful place and communication with the host was also great and pleasant!! I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back again!!

It was the best I've ever been to, it didn't smell musty, everything was clean, the place is wonderful, the kitchen is impeccable, very attentive, the armchairs, the chairs, beds, bed and bath linens all clean. Anyway, it's a place I highly recommend, top marks for all reviews. If it's up to me, I'm just going to stay in this place.

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little cramped. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying outdoor moments. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

Great airbnb, well furnished and comfortable. Close to the beach and very worthwhile

The place was great. I appreciated the flexible self check-in because out flight arrived late and left early. They were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen had the basics, even a blender! The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm. The location is great if you are not sure what you want to see on the island because it’s walkable to many restaurants and you can take an uber or drive to any of the beaches.

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Boris was a great host, I recommend the stay!

The building in which the property is located has a very complete infrastructure, with a gym, sauna, co-working, swimming pool and the Pátio Milano next door, with several food options, in addition to being a few steps from Shopping Beiramar, which is a mall that has everything, from good stores to a movie theater. For those who like the sea, the apartment is a short walk from the seaside, where you can just enjoy the view or even exercise. In summary, the property is excellent and very practical to live in.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the space, the communication.. it was all fantastic. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice.
