The home is just as described. Very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. The place is quiet and the balcony invites you to relax and offers privacy. We arrived with the backpack and had no problems. The communication with Margarida and Cora was straightforward, friendly and respectful. They were always reachable and took good care of our needs. Cora lives behind the house and gave us a warm welcome and tips. Thank you so much for having us. We can only recommend it:)

Thiago is a VERY COOL guy, the house is simple, but very cozy and well equipped. The house does not have Internet, but it has a TV with a lot of channels, if I need to stay in the region again, it will be my first option. Well located and quiet in the neighborhood. Thiago is an excellent host.

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

An apartment to feel at home. We sleep well and the air conditioner cooled right. Clean apartment Great front desk Edna cares about every detail. It left juice, fruit, eggs and coffee for the first meal. I was very happy with these details because you will not always find this type of reception in other places. Edna always helpful with all the details. The condominium has a great leisure area is a playground for children. Pleasant location with a beautiful garden. The apartment has a great location, close to a 24-hour McDonald's and with the beach in front, which offers several water sports options. Gláucia was extremely helpful, offering several tips for tours and assisting us throughout the stay, indicating great places to visit.
