El lugar es exactamente como se describe y como se ve en las fotos. Todo estaba en orden, limpio y organizado. La casa y el vecindario son fantásticos. Las atenciones son excelentes! Completamente recomendado.

The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

La casa es amplia, tiene espacios muy confortables, está muy cerca del centro comercial Larcomar. Restoranes, variedad muy cerca (En Larcomar) y otras alternativas. Restoranes de buena calidad. 4 dormitorios muy buenos todos en suite. Baños de buena calidad. Bien habilitado con artículos de aseo personal. Muy recomendable. Gracias por la oportunidad. Saludos. First of all, I wanna say how thankful I am to have stayed in this amazing place! It really did feel luxurious! It was clean, organized and in a nice location! I was really appreciative of how quick Piero responded when I had questions! I would definitely recommend it to those thinking of staying here!

Great place To States

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We were traveling with young children and Dario was great to communicate with; he was always responsive and super flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is fully remodeled, beautifully decorated and clean. If you are looking to stay in Chacarilla, this is a wonderful option.

Rendo's apartment is located in the heart of Miroflores, a beautiful neighbor that is extremely walkable. The apartment is decorated like the set of Love is Blind - gold everywhere! :) The location is wonderful, and allowed us to explore Lima. The apartment also has air conditioning units in both bedrooms, which was appreciated. We did use the washer machine without any issues. As a quick heads up, the front desk will not hold on to your luggage.

Super recomendable, zona tranquila, céntrica, lindo edificio, dpto limpio bonito cómodo, hasta usar piscina libre, lavandería incluida,uno se siente como en casa.

La casa de Rafaella realmente es de ensueño, muy completa, hay de todo, no deja pasar ni un solo detalle. Es un lindo lugar para descansar y pasar unos días relajados. Tengo que decir que la limpieza es A1 y Rafaella una excelente anfitriona, pendiente de todo siempre

We just finished our stay at this beautiful house. It was everything you could ever ask for and was first class in every aspect. Sonia is a wonderful hostess, and has great attention to detail! She was quick to respond, and was always ready to help us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. We are a group of 20 people and we’ve never felt like we’ve had enough room for everyone, though our family had everything needed in this beautiful house. And I couldn’t leave out Sonia’s assistant, Maritza, was a sweetheart and was always there to help.

Sergio was great! He made adjustments to accommodate needs and assisted us throughout our time there. We stayed for a week and hosted a Quinceañera for our daughter and niece. This is a special place! The thoughtfulness, and quality of craftsmanship that artistically worked the wood, stone and adobe is quite amazing. Birds singing, beautiful greenery and water flowing around and through the stone walls, created a energy that must have been the dream fulfilled of the owner, creater. He happened to stop by and he mentioned that they spent six years building this place with craftsman from Urubamba. We loved having the the bungalows surrounding the courtyard area and the main kitchen. This made everything very accessible for meals and visiting. One bungalow that was built like a great room has a high sealing in the dining area , a fireplace and a huge family table. This created such a great spot to share our meals. Outside that bungalow is sweet firepit we enjoyed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Punta Negra, a stunning luxury Airbnb located 5 minutes from downtown Punta Hermosa, and 40 minutes from Miraflores, Lima, Peru, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by Stephan, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring spacious living areas that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunsets. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the terrace was an experience we'll never forget—truly one of the most amazing views in Lima! Stephan was always just a message away, ready to provide assistance or answer any questions we had. His dedication to his guests truly made our experience exceptional. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, Punta Negra is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

El lugar es acogedor, de buena vibra y energía. Mayu y Brayan son muy buenas personas que estaban atento a nuestras necesidades, nos prepararon ricos postres. Resalto la hermosa chimenea que da calor de hogar.
