It is easy to see that Enrique has worked in hospitality management most of his life. His AirBNB is outstanding, &even better than the listing might suggest. Apart from the obvious, there is constant, gas heated hot water in the shower. Pressure is good & consistent, as is the temperature, which requires some cold water to use. Great if you like a hot shower. The wifi is fast, and reliable. The bed is super comfortable, & the memory foam pillows ensure a good sleep. Linen is high quality, smells fresh and is soft. Plenty of hanging space. The kitchen has everything you could need. We stayed for one month, and had the faciities available to cook whatever we pleased. The location is quiet, and very safe. CCTV as well as high walls and a dead-bolted gate, just to get onto the property. Panaderia, tiendas, carniceria, pastelaria, barberia and a myriad of other shops just 250m away. Massive mall less than 2km and everything in between. An AirBNB where you can have no regrets.

A very safe, very clean and comfortable place, Fabiola was very helpful and kind at all times. Just be careful with the noise you make, we traveled with a baby and we had complaints from the neighbors, which we did not expect, otherwise a very good place.

This nice apartment was way bigger than I expected. Two bathrooms, one main bedroom and two additional bedrooms. A very office space for work. Close to restaurants, Wong supermarket and the awesome Parque de la Amistad. I recommend this cozy apartment all day any day.

Everything was perfect !The apartment was so beautiful. Everything felt new, the bed was so comfortable. Shower was hot, big tv, in a safe part of town that is easy to walk to restaurants in Miraflores or in barranco. The view was incredible. Highly recommend this place and would have stayed longer if I had the chance. Natsu was kind, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Also washer in-unit was very convenient.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, highly recommended for families. We loved that it has a terrace with a garden and the kitchen is quite well equipped. It is a central and safe place, despite being close to busy streets the noise within the apartment is minimal. Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful, always answered our doubts on time, even helped us get items for baby at the last minute to make our stay more comfortable which we really appreciate:) We would love to make a return and recommend it 100%!

This was our second stay at this apartment! Very convenient to restaurants, and grocery store. Neighboorhood is a safe place. Owners are so good to work with. All the special touches they have in their apartment make their place seem like a home away from home. They have a list of great recomendations! We tried a few of them. Highly recommend this place!

Great location on the border or barranco and Miraflores. Rendo was very responsive and flexible enough o extend my stay when my plans changed.

This apartment is fabulous. It’s spacious, clean, and cozy, I really appreciated the extra blankets. I spent several days here studying and it was the perfect hangout. Shout out to the two TVs with Netflix and Prime! The building is also great, with plenty amenities, and the area is vibrant with lots of cafes and restaurants. The hosts were super responsive and helped me out with checkin which was great. Would highly recommend this apartment to any young professional looking for a comfortable space.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and their hospitality made me feel completely at home. Accommodated an early check-in! The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and in the perfect location(right above a supermarket and many cafes !) close to everything I wanted to explore. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool such a relaxing spot with amazing views. If you’re visiting the area, do yourself a favor and stay here. Between the location, the comfort, and the incredible host, this place checks every box.

I highly recommend this place! It’s close to every convenience, clean, and it is even better and more spacious than it looks on the pictures. About Arturo, I couldn’t ask for a better host in Lima honestly. He was perfect, easy to communicate with and available, give clear instructions and good recommendations. I had a good stay there!

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is very impeccable and with restaurants and shops very close. Access is very fast. The instructions were easy to understand and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

We only stayed 1 night at Ivan’s place a we were heading to Cusco the day after, but it was great for a short Lima stay! We walked through Barranco, saw the beach, murals, little market stands and a lot of restaurants. We felt very safe at night walking around and also found a nice spot for brunch the next day. Apartment had a cute little balcony and a smart tv, coffee maker, and basics you need. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but we had a great stay! Would recommend!

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

A good place for a getaway, the place is just like the photos, Alex is a good host.
