Excellent attention from Ana Maria and her husband Alvaro, they allowed me to cook since I have a strict diet. The cozy room, full size bed, all very clean! The bathroom was great, impeccable every day. Each room has a key to secure the door. It has a common room with armchairs to rest or do work. TV 32 inches enough with a set-top box to watch movies and more. Recommended!!!! The area is for people who are working or in transit for a few days. This family is highly recommended!

An excellent place to enjoy in every way, but even more so because of the host. At Chino Surf House you feel right at home. Good breakfast, comfortable and clean room and relaxation areas inside the house. I'll definitely be back. Chino is a great person, friendly and pleasant conversation, a great host.

If there can be a perfect room when you travel, this is it! Squeaky clean. Javier is a great communicator. The room has everything you need. And the best is the location. A mere 30 metres away from the promenade for long walks. Be sure to catch some markets on the weekend. 15 minutes (walk) to great restaurants and cafe’s. Javier makes good recommendations for the best spots to enjoy a lovely cup of coffee or a meal. I would luv to come back to Lima and stay at Javier’s.

A good place, exactly as shown in the photos.

Very comfortable, clean and very well located within a condominium close to the beach. The person who received us was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary service. The rooms are divided into 4 flights, additional there is a common area (living room) on the ground floor, kitchen and terrace upstairs. The only problem was the communication for check-in since they took a long time to respond.

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. The room is small but comfortable, perfect for resting after a day at the beach. The best thing is the location: the beach is almost private, allowing you to relax without crowds. Another great success is the restaurant on the premises, where the food is very good and makes the experience easier. In addition, the host was very kind and was always attentive to our needs. Definitely an ideal option for those looking for tranquility and comfort near the sea.
