Elegant house in sunny area within the city. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The guest house is at the front of the property, followed by large 3-story stairs that lead to the pool area. Towards the back there is a building with two apartments where the hosts live. We respect the space and privacy of the guests since we share the stairs and corridors towards the exit of the property. (see photo number 5 of the property map). This spacious home has five bedrooms equipped with comfortable mattresses. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom and the two others share a bathroom. There are 3 more bathrooms available (terrace, living room and swimming pool area) There is a terrace with a sitting area, a full kitchen ready to use, spacious laundry room with clotheslines, swimming pool, barbecue and bar area. It is a very well lit house, elegantly furnished and ventilated. Only the main bedroom has A/C unit. It is located in an exclusive area with little traffic. Perfect to rest and take a break from the noise and chaos of the city without actually leaving. This house is in a mountain where there is an ecosystem with some bugs and lizards, Please don't leave food out in the open overnight or you might make some new bug friends. You can do activities outside the house such as trekking the Los Alamos hill to see the Sunset.

Independent room with private bathroom, 5 minutes from the Est. train. Atocongo. If you can't find this room available for the dates you need, you can search my other listings. I have 2 others with the same features. Behind there is a mall and public transport buses pass by. The room is on the 5th floor of a building located in front of the park. It has large windows, a double bed, a refrigerator, a 32" TV, wifi, Netflix, a shower with hot water, a kettle, a washing machine, and parking in front of the building.

My apartment is a part of an old San isidro`s House, Tudor Style. On the first floor is located a lunch restaurant (12 to 3 M-F). The access to the apartment is by wooden stairs that start in the interior of the house. During lunch hour (12-3) there is another private acces. The House Is located at the businesss center of San isidro . For the tourist or the businessman who visits Lima, it is ideal, is quiet, and at night the big house make the city noises very low
