Excellent location, in addition the building both outside and inside with very nice finishes, very modern. Concierge service was excellent - very attentive. On the corner there is a kiosk with everything you need, in addition to being half a block from Larco Mar. I would recommend it to anyone don't look no more! You will love this apartment/condo.

Everything was perfect !The apartment was so beautiful. Everything felt new, the bed was so comfortable. Shower was hot, big tv, in a safe part of town that is easy to walk to restaurants in Miraflores or in barranco. The view was incredible. Highly recommend this place and would have stayed longer if I had the chance. Natsu was kind, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Also washer in-unit was very convenient.

Our family of five (all adults) had a short stay in Lima and Maria's spacious apartment was terrific. It's in a great location with the Larcomar shopping mall and parks across the street. We enjoyed finding local coffee shops and walking to the Barranco neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by and Ubers plentiful. Maria was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend the apartment!

Just as described, beautiful peaceful view. We went to a cafe 5mins away in an uber as there are no walking distance cafe shops. I messaged Megan regarding taxi service options for arriving to the unit and she responded immediately with her suggestions and even offered to help us arrange transportation.

Amazing apartment with an outstanding view of the beach. Very spacious and great for entertaining. Convenient location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The apartment was the entire floor which allowed for private elevator entrance. The host was very friendly, accommodating and quick to reply. The front desk was very friendly as well. The apartment had all necessary amenities and was well furnished.

this place is awesome. Very centrally located. Everything you would ever need in this condo. I couldn't say more about the host. Very responsive, super friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly like the photos. Gloria is incredibly friendly and responsive, even ran us a mattress topper when we asked for one. The upstairs terrace is a great touch and is completely private. The only two gripes we had were the finicky front door (unlocking it took some getting used to) and the firmness of the bed, but other than that, this place is a great deal overall.

This home is so beautiful! The hosts are so responsive and helped us with everything we needed. They were more than accommodating. The pool was always heated for us (it does cost an extra fee but definitely worth it) The home decor was so nice, the lighting was nice, and they even left fruit and drinks for us! They left me a special treat for my birthday and I am so thankful. I would recommend this penthouse to anyone staying in Lima. It’s literally in the best location!! 10/10

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

Perfect! That's the word that defines Davi and his wife's mini studio. I was impressed with the space, which, although small, was very well planned, offering a lot of comfort and a spacious bathroom. The hosts are wonderful people, very attentive, kind and polite. The guide they provided helped us a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything and with several restaurants, cafes and a supermarket in front. We are very pleased and intend to return. I highly recommend it.

Good location, cool space and very walkable to parks and local shopping. Definitely a bit noisy due to traffic and location, but didn’t bother us that much. Karla was very responsive and helpful. Thanks!
