Super recommended, very surely we are going back.

The stay for peaceful parties was very pleasant and beautiful, we spent it super in the company of friends and family. The bungalows and the location of the place very good. It had been nicer to enjoy the beautiful pool,but the weather did not help much those days. But we still had a wonderful time and the house staff were super attentive and available for help.

The location of the house is unbeatable, directly facing the sea, a super quiet and walkable place to the commercial area of Punta Hermosa. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need to spend a few relaxing days. The photos are exactly what you will find in the house. Fernando is an excellent host, always attentive to what you may need. Definitely recommended and would love to come back another time. My rating would be a 10+++

The house is just like the photos! The beds are comfortable. You have the whole house to your disposal. The proper maintenance is noted. It had everything needed to spend a few incredible days and welcome the year in the best way.

We LOVED the penthouse! It was absolutely stunning..nicest place we’ve stayed! Everything was super clean and perfectly decorated. It was a dream penthouse.. I didn’t want to leave! Johana was amazing! She was very flexible with our flight delay and also accommodated a late checkout. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

The stay was excellent, Ricardo took care of us very well, always very attentive and very kind, he helped us with everything, he even rescued us from unfortunate situations we had. The accommodation is wonderful, comfortable, the area is very good, everything is very quiet. Ricardo also helped us with transportation with an acquaintance of his named Mayra who was also spectacular in her service. I have no complaints, everything worked fine.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Good service and even allowed us to check in a few hours before check-in. 100 points for value for money. Recommended.

If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

We loved our stay. The instructions made it easy for our group to plan for our stay and know the accommodations. We will definitely check in next time we are in Lima.

Everything was great. Just one thing, the kitchen items (pots, cups and cleaning cloth) were not so clean

Everything was great and looked just like the pictures. There were a lot of walkable restaurants near by which were great. Location and modern is what we got from this apartment! Would stay here again!

We loved our stay as a family of six. With four bedrooms (three of which have space for two people and one of which has space just for one person), we had plenty of room for our 6 week stay. The apartment has everything you need for cooking and enjoying. On top of that, the view is simply the best and the building amenities are super! Pool, playground, parking, security, billiards, gym. Arnaldo and Joss are extremely helpful and kind, to top it off! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I loved the pool, its cleanliness, and the space it had—enough to fit a whole family of 8. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. The pool maintenance and weekly clean were the perfect additions to our stay. Apart from a few bugs in the house coming from the outside, everything was well, and I would definitely stay in that house again.
