Very quiet neighborhood, spacious and well-decorated house

Beautiful house with a beautiful outdoor area to spend time with family and friends. Unfortunately, pool bathroom wasn’t 💯 operational but Ricardo’s was on top of it and responsive. Great times. !

The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

The house is spacious, has very comfortable areas, and is very close to the Larcomar shopping center. Restaurants, variety very close (In Larcomar) and other alternatives. Good quality restaurants. 4 very good bedrooms, all en suite. Good quality bathrooms. Well-stocked with toiletries. Highly recommended. Thank you for the opportunity. Greetings. Gustavo

I was really appreciative of how quick Piero responded when I had questions! I would definitely recommend it to those thinking of staying here!

Great place To States

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We were traveling with young children and Dario was great to communicate with; he was always responsive and super flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is fully remodeled, beautifully decorated and clean. If you are looking to stay in Chacarilla, this is a wonderful option.

Jessica's apartment is very comfortable and centrally located. She is very friendly and helpful, and helped me with any questions I had. The security is very good, totally recommended

Rendo's apartment is located in the heart of Miroflores, a beautiful neighbor that is extremely walkable. The apartment is decorated like the set of Love is Blind - gold everywhere! :) The location is wonderful, and allowed us to explore Lima. The apartment also has air conditioning units in both bedrooms, which was appreciated. We did use the washer machine without any issues. As a quick heads up, the front desk will not hold on to your luggage.

Rafaella's house is really a dream, very complete, there is everything, she doesn't miss a single detail. It's a nice place to rest and spend a few relaxing days. I have to say that the cleanliness is A1 and Rafaella is an excellent host, always attentive to everything

We just finished our stay at this beautiful house. It was everything you could ever ask for and was first class in every aspect. Sonia is a wonderful hostess, and has great attention to detail! She was quick to respond, and was always ready to help us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. We are a group of 20 people and we’ve never felt like we’ve had enough room for everyone, though our family had everything needed in this beautiful house. And I couldn’t leave out Sonia’s assistant, Maritza, was a sweetheart and was always there to help.

Sergio was great! He made adjustments to accommodate needs and assisted us throughout our time there. We stayed for a week and hosted a Quinceañera for our daughter and niece. This is a special place! The thoughtfulness, and quality of craftsmanship that artistically worked the wood, stone and adobe is quite amazing. Birds singing, beautiful greenery and water flowing around and through the stone walls, created a energy that must have been the dream fulfilled of the owner, creater. He happened to stop by and he mentioned that they spent six years building this place with craftsman from Urubamba. We loved having the the bungalows surrounding the courtyard area and the main kitchen. This made everything very accessible for meals and visiting. One bungalow that was built like a great room has a high sealing in the dining area , a fireplace and a huge family table. This created such a great spot to share our meals. Outside that bungalow is sweet firepit we enjoyed.

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the pictures and Alfredo is very kind. They took great care of us. My family really enjoyed the days we were there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Punta Negra, a stunning luxury Airbnb located 5 minutes from downtown Punta Hermosa, and 40 minutes from Miraflores, Lima, Peru, and I can't recommend it enough! The house itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring spacious living areas that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunsets. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the terrace was an experience we'll never forget—truly one of the most amazing views in Lima! Stephan was always just a message away, ready to provide assistance or answer any questions we had. His dedication to his guests truly made our experience exceptional. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, Punta Negra is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

The place is cozy, with good vibes and energy. Mayu and Brayan are very good people who were attentive to our needs, they prepared delicious desserts for us. I'd like to highlight the beautiful fireplace that gives warmth to the home.
