Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The independent 37m2 apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our house. It has a bedroom with sheets, a bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, TV, Netflix, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge-freezer, and espresso machine. There are all kinds of shops nearby, the Sunday morning market is 90 m away, the train station is 200 m away, and the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants

Former farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: very quiet, with all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
