I stayed at Ryan’s place for a month, working remotely. It felt much bigger than what I was expecting from the photos. Ryan was very responsive and nice! The neighborhood was beautiful and great for walking my dog. Overall, had a great stay.

The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were promised. My partner and I appreciated the check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also perfect, with Narrare Beach just a 7-10 minute drive away. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most convenient Airbnb experiences we've had!

We had a group of 5 that stayed at this house for a long weekend. The house is situated in a very quiet residential area and besides the occasional wave on the street there was no contact and very quiet. Our favorite part of the whole house was the Sun Room. It was next level cozy. We spent 90% of our awake time, that we were at the house in that room. Had a tiny issue that was addressed efficiently and effectively and didn't affect our stay at all. The property is relatively close to everything without feeling you are in the middle of everything. I would recommend this property to any group visiting Pensacola.
