House vacation rentals in Santa Rosa County

Our second year in a row staying at this rental with James as our host. We love this place and would recommend to anyone! In fact, we have sent the listing to friends to stay here as well. Thank you, James, for another great stay!!! ☀️

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you walk in and see outside the big windows, you have an absolutely gorgeous view of the bay. Kenny was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed and was very good at letting us know when people were coming by to clean the pool and pick up the yard. We saw dolphins every morning, caught all kinds of different fish (with fishing poles that were already at the house), walked across the street to the DG for any additional supplies we needed. It was such a good time! We could not have asked for a better family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was family oriented. I cannot say enough good things about this place and host. Perfect!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Five stars all the way—I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for

Beautiful home with everything you need. Comfy beds, nice smart tvs with good connection, nice bathrooms, easy check in, pool and outdoor kitchen a bonus. Beautiful scenery. Can’t wait til the next stay. Beach short drive away. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, however we cooked in with all the amenities & outdoor kitchen and it was AWESOME! Fire pit & cornhole boards was fun! Didn’t even have to leave the space for a good time!

This place was fantastic. Clean, great quiet area, beds were comfortable. Pool was great and clean. Perfect area to sit around outside. Will definitely book again!

Igor was a very responsive host and answered all of our questions that came up throughout our stay. The house was very clean and put together. We felt right at home and the neighborhood was very friendly. I would recommend this home if you are visiting the Destin / Pensacola area.

We were so pleased to stay at Salt Water Pool on our annual summer Navarre trip. We decided to pony up to have a pool at the house and it was wonderful. We would go to the beach in the morning and spend the afternoons in the pool. Great location.

Definitely looked like the pictures and was a great place to stay for me and my family. Will definitely be coming back again soon

Will forever be my favorite place! We came here last year and again for our anniversary and Deborah left us a cake and flowers! She goes above and beyond for us every time. Me and my husband genuinely enjoy our stays here and will definitely be back again!!

Overall great stay. Super convenient and close to all of our desired destinations. Clean home and very spacious. Loved the fact a washer and dryer was included in the home since we spent everyday at the beach. Definitely recommend to anyone considering.

Quiet and safe neighborhood, very clean and cozy cottage conveniently located off the main thoroughfare to access Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze Zoo, Pensacola, etc. Appreciated responsive and accommodating hosts!

Great stay and beautiful in the inside. The area looks a little sketchy but it’s safe and peaceful. 24 min from Pensacola beach and 15 minutes away from naval air museum. 30-40 min from flora-bama

Truly enjoyed our stay & the Comfort of the beds made it very hard to stick to our daily plans.

James and Ashley were outstanding in their communication. I have stayed at some amazing places, James and Ashley set the bar to a whole new level. They have everything you need and more, everything is thought of for your convenience. This place was extremely clean, with a big swimming pool and nicely fenced in backyard. Quick access to groceries. Easy in and out.

This house was wonderful!!! We stayed here for a 2 night “Girl Scout Night with the Wahoos” trip. We bought groceries right down the street at Ever’man Co-Op grocery store. What an amazing place! Huge fresh salad bar, smoothie bar, local fruits and veggies, fresh bakery, great yogurt options, and local adult beverages. Getting to the ballpark was super easy as well. It’s a straight shot south and pops you right out at the stadium. Too hot to walk this go around but maybe during cooler months. The house has great little touches. The hardwood floors and doors are QUIET. They DO NOT creek like some of the places I’ve stayed. Parking is off street and easy to get into. The front porch was lovely in the evening. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!!!!

Family of 4 plus one small pup all enjoyed a wonderful staycation with a beautiful pool, yard, house, and location. Beautiful space with lots of lights. Very clean, easy to location, host communicated very quick, and would be willing to stay again in the future. We really enjoyed our time staying here. Great location on a dead end street with minimal traffic. Food ,shopping ,and attractions close by. Short drive to the beach as well. Perfect place to begin and end your day on their wonderful patio. Truly felt like a home away from home with plenty of thoughtful extras added by the host. We would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone else to take advantage of this great place with great hosts to match .

Exactly what I needed to be able to cook for an anniversary party. Home was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Only suggestion would be a starter supply of paper towels and napkins for the kitchen. Overall wonderful
