Condo vacation rentals in Santa Rosa County

We loved our stay in Navarre. The condo was as described. Easy check in, fabulous location(beach access), quiet, amazing balcony with a great ocean view. The condo was clean, had comfortable beds, easy walking distance to restaurants, responsive to questions. One suggestion would be to provide beach chairs otherwise guests bring your own or pay to rent chairs on the beach. We would absolutely come back.

Throughly Loved our stay at Eddie’s beautiful beach home! Definitely a priceless gem! Great location with beautiful beach themed decor! Immaculately clean and updated! Enjoyed the gorgeous balcony view that was like no other! Honestly seemed as if we were floating on a cloud right over the Gulf! The short walk to beach, restaurant, vehicle, and local attractions were on point! So impressed with Eddie and his place! He was also extremely welcoming and made us feel like family!! The perfect little beach spot!! Quaint and so peaceful! Couldn’t have been happier!! Thank you for a blessed trip!! Cannot wait to return! 🥰🙏♥️

We had a great relaxing week here. Being so close to the Bay and the Gulf was ideal! It was wonderful to walk along the shore for miles and to be away from the busyness in other areas. Elaine was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. It had a nice pool area and was a quiet friendly condo community. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Perfect location with a beautiful view. We had never stayed in a Condo before so we didn't know what to expect. We liked the ease of getting to the beach and the nearby restaurants. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. Space and bedroom/bathrooms were perfect. Kitchen had everything needed. We had flight changes and it was easy to extend our stay.

Stayed a month at Lou’s place before we moved and was the best way to end our time in Navarre. Right across the street from the beach and coffee half a mile walk away. Lou was incredibly responsive and genuinely cared that we had a positive experience. The condo has everything you’d need from from beach chairs to cleaning supplies. Would love to return when back in Navarre.

This is our second stay in Anne's Airbnb. We love the location. The beach is beautiful and you have a view from two balconies. Anne is a really responsive host. She goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable and fill their needs. We sleep like babies when here. And there is the perfect configuration of beds for my husband and I and our daughter's family. It's a bonus having a washer and dryer so you can leave vacay with clean clothes. My granddaughters believed the games and toys were specifically for them. We might stay longer, next year.

Great place! Very well kept and clean, exactly like the pictures! Can walk right out to the beach and very close to a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive to our needs of finding the parking passes and let us know of local things going on in the area while we were there. The only problem we ran into I think was it gets a bit hot in the bedroom on the left side, even with the ac turned down, but other than that we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place for a beach stay. It was very affordable and right across the street from a beautiful beach. The pool was nice and had restrooms. The condo was perfect and even had beach chairs and coolers. I highly recommend Tanya’s place and would stay again. Place and would stay again!

Great location and the space was perfect for our few days in Pensacola. Easy to find, and the place had everything we needed, and bonus very easy to get to the beach and restaurants.

Was in great proximity of several things that we wanted to do. Was clean and well equipped with items to make it feel like a home away from home.

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

Our stay at Brandon’s was very peaceful and looked exactly like the pictures he has posted on Airbnb . He responded very quickly when I had any questions or concerns. There were a lot of good restaurants around the apartment to choose from. Highly recommend staying here when you come to Pensacola!

The place was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Beach toys were available including boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. There were bicycles available as well; however, we had to put air in the tires using the bicycle pump provided. Most places say steps to the beach in this case it was very true via our private access. Our view of the water/beach from the living room/dining room was fantastic. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic condo and location!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Furnishings were unbelievable. We cannot wait to come back. Location is perfect. Beaches are beautiful.

My best girlfriends and I spent 4 amazing nights in Danica’s condo. We had such a blast. Where we live people go on and on about 30A but I think Pensacola Beach is a really fun, affordable alternative. Plus, the water was prettier than anything I’ve ever seen on 30A! The location was amazing. Waking up every morning to the soft waves of the sound was just what we needed, plus the beach was a 5 minute walk out the front door. We’re already planning our next escape from our husbands and kids and hectic lives. Thank you so much, Danica! A++++++ experience and condo!

Awesome place and host! would go again!

We loved our stay at Shane's beautiful condo. The location and the VIEWS are absolutely unbeatable. The condo is spacious and beautiful, and we enjoyed the extremely comfortable beds and the coffee every morning. Shane is very responsive and easy to get into contact with, and we had no problems with check-in. This might become my go-to when visiting my folks in Pensacola!

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The porch views of both the Gulf and Sound were beautiful. Great location about a 5 minute drive from the pier and beach access across the street.

The view was awesome. The condo was clean and quiet and the perfect place to spend our vacation. Just a walk across the street to the beach with restaurants nearby. If we needed anything, we just had to ask Brandy. The one thing that would be helpful would have more drawer space in the second bedroom. There was plenty of room to hang clothes, but the shelves above were full of extra blankets and pillows. They’re also was no place really put our clothes away. My husband and I basically lived out of our suitcase this week. All in all I would recommend it. It was a perfect place for a vacation and we would definitely come back.

This is the first place I've stayed where I arrived and was amazed by how much nicer it was than I imagined. I was transitioning to the local area for a new job. The booking calendar was open, surprisingly, and Colleen and Paul were gracious enough to allow me to use this space for the first 30 days of my transition. The condo is incredible. You enter and it opens up to this large beautiful kitchen, living room and big glass doors showcasing this million dollar view across the sound to Navarre Beach. Everything was perfectly clean and stocked. There were even some thoughtful starter items, such as a few laundry pods, dish washer pods and other essentials - which were much appreciated as a new arrival into town. Colleen and Paul were very responsive from the start and just plain old nice, friendly people. Check in instructions were very clear. Local recommendations were provided. Just a truly great experience all around. Thank you Colleen and Paul for this experience!
