Vacation rentals with a pool in Santa Rosa County

Our second year in a row staying at this rental with James as our host. We love this place and would recommend to anyone! In fact, we have sent the listing to friends to stay here as well. Thank you, James, for another great stay!!! ☀️

James and Ashley were outstanding in their communication. I have stayed at some amazing places, James and Ashley set the bar to a whole new level. They have everything you need and more, everything is thought of for your convenience. This place was extremely clean, with a big swimming pool and nicely fenced in backyard. Quick access to groceries. Easy in and out.

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Five stars all the way—I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for

Beautiful home with everything you need. Comfy beds, nice smart tvs with good connection, nice bathrooms, easy check in, pool and outdoor kitchen a bonus. Beautiful scenery. Can’t wait til the next stay. Beach short drive away. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, however we cooked in with all the amenities & outdoor kitchen and it was AWESOME! Fire pit & cornhole boards was fun! Didn’t even have to leave the space for a good time!

Had an awesome time here at the deep blue dive! Felt very comfortable and right at home. Very cozy, cute, theme was just right! Shay and host are extremely accommodating. They respond in a reasonable time! Definitely recommend this place. I will be returning and spreading the word. Also if you love to golf it is within minutes of a golf course! Last but not least they had everything available that you would need for the pool to the beach to even staying a chill night in! <3

Family of 4 plus one small pup all enjoyed a wonderful staycation with a beautiful pool, yard, house, and location. Beautiful space with lots of lights. Very clean, easy to location, host communicated very quick, and would be willing to stay again in the future. Thank you so much for hosting my family and allowing us to call your space home for a few days!

The house was immaculately cleaned, plenty of room, comfortable, and we enjoyed the plethora of family board games to play. It was a great location for what we needed, and never had an issue with anything at all.

Igor was a very responsive host and answered all of our questions that came up throughout our stay. The house was very clean and put together. We felt right at home and the neighborhood was very friendly. I would recommend this home if you are visiting the Destin / Pensacola area.

Kayla’s condo is absolute immaculate with stunning views of the ocean. She is a tremendous host and will definitely stay here again the next time we come down. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

If you are reading this review and if Mary’s condo is available on or around your desired rates of travel, hit the reserve button!! The pictures are accurate yet don’t do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows showcase the turquoise blue ocean & no matter where you are in the condo, you can see the view. This was beyond our expectations and we loved it. Mary was an incredible, proactive, friendly and very responsive host. We felt that we were long time friends as guests in her home, yet also felt so comfortable since it is stocked with absolutely everything you need - so, we also felt like we owned the place! The resort is great - there’s is something for everyone and it is just minutes from the busyness of the main area of Pensacola Beach. The private parking and ease to get in and out of the condo and position of the building made it a very safe and easy to get around. The beaches are pristine, not crowded and absolutely breathtaking. We absolutely loved it!

We had a small party of women for this trip. Forrest’s condo is the extra aspect of our trip that made the vacation wonderful! We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community, especially in the condo. It was nice that the condo offers luggage carts to take luggage up/down the elevators. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t hear any neighbors or those still on the beach at night while I was trying to sleep. The furnishings are great quality. The access to the beach was easy. We were grateful for the chairs Forrest provided on top of the 2 offered on the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants were close enough that we walked to several. Forrest was quick to respond (mostly needed for helping me figure out how to work things like the dehumidifier lol) anytime I contacted him and always so polite. The beach was constantly full of families and couples. The atmosphere on the beach also felt safe enough that I stayed there alone a few times. Excellent time!!

Beautiful just like the pictures! Nice for the kids to be able to go to the bay and gulf. Multiple pools and the pizza from restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Breakfast on the balcony was perfect. We were able to check in early which was nice!

This little space was perfect for my husband and I! It has the most beautiful view and great amenities!

5 star A+++!!! I have to say this trip to Navarre Beach was a splurge to get away from the stress of home and work. The location’s proximity to the beautiful beach was wonderful. We watched the sunrise from the beach our first morning and walked the pier another morning. We spent hours just sitting and watching the waves on the beach. We took in a bunch of local attractions which were all within minutes away, the snorkeling reef, sea turtle rescue, emerald coast wild life refuge, and gulf breeze zoo. We have a future veterinarian in the family. The amenities were just like being at home but at the beach. We made some of our own meals and ate out as well. We had a completely problem free stay. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was silent at night. The consensus was we want to come back at stay again, soon, but the next stay will be longer. Best experience with Airbnb to date!!
