Stepheno was very helpful and was flexible with our check in. He even helped us book a super nice local restaurant. The apartment was very well equipped and decorated, and had everything we needed. The view over the valley and vineyard was amazing. We wish we could stay longer.

Breathtaking location with views that are exactly what you want in the Chianti region. It was a beautiful place and was very nicely setup. Extremely responsive and helpful host. He provided recommendations and was quick to respond to questions. The house is centered nicely within the region and allows access to many different villages, wineries, and restaurants. An amazing experience and I highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean. Such a great environment. We traveled with a 1-year-old child and were very warmly received. For my daughter, there were many toys, a crawling blanket, baby bed and high chair. The small playground was also impressive. Our highlight was the great sunset and of course the most beautiful pool we have experienced so far. We can only recommend it!

Great solution for a relaxing weekend and wine tasting! Friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is very nice and clean, with working heating and warm blankets! We had a good time. If I can give some advice: the pillows are quite hard, not very comfortable, and the "locked" door in the living room did not give us much peace of mind... but all in all a great stay!! :)

Lovely apartment in a villa, independent entrance and garden, maximum privacy guaranteed in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc., are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

My family and I spent a weekend near Pisa. On Saturday we arrived in Casciana Terme and were very satisfied with the place both in terms of beauty and tranquility. The apartment is well maintained, clean and cozy and the host Michela immediately gave us a warm welcome. In the evening, we dined in a fantastic tavern, which we chose from the many restaurants that were there. On Sunday morning we left and in 40 minutes we were in Pisa. Casciana Terme is a beautiful village surrounded by nature where you can go if you are looking for something quiet.

It is a very special place. We are grateful for the great time we had there. I don't think we've been there for the last time :)

I highly recommend Bryan's place it is extremely beautiful and well maintained with an amazing back drop. Bryan and his family are very welcoming. If you want a taste of Tuscany you need to stay here.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

The apartment is gorgeous inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and quite modern. We had a little trouble finding it, but we are unfamiliar with Lucca. Lovely restaurants in all directions and cute shops. Leandro was a wonderful host . Peaceful and relaxing stay.

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

This historic apartment inside Palazzo Pfanner is a unique stay with a splendid view into the magnificent palazzo gardens! I highly recommend staying for a once in a lifetime experience. Dario and his family own and manage the property and are very welcoming hosts. Depending on whether you intend to cook, we found the kitchen small and not very well equipped. Also, the bathroom is functional but rather dated. Overall a great stay for a unique experience!
