Daniel is a great host! The place is super convenient and comfortable. Far enough away from all the downtown action for peace and quiet and a 10 minute walk to be in the middle of it all. Highly recommend. Will stay with Daniel again if we are ever back in Oaxaca!

everything is excellent! the apartment is just as shown in the photos. The host's service was the best, very kind and always attentive, he supported us and gave us many facilities for our stay and it was the best.

It is very quiet and the place is comfortable, you can move by taxi or public transport in the center of Oaxaca, I would definitely stay again.

Yazmín is a good host who cares about your comfort. This is a good option if you're looking for peace of mind. Accessing downtown is easy as you can travel by bus or taxi. We had a setback with the address but it could be resolved and everything else was amazing.

host is awesome, very friendly and helpful. it's a 15 or so minute walk to get to the center. wifi worked well. shower was a bit tough to get to be the perfect temperature but I think that's pretty normal in oaxaca. it's a good value and I recommend

I had a great four weeks at Roci’s place. The space is beautiful and comfortable. Roci herself is a very hands-on host and was very helpful in my acclimation to Oaxaca. The internet in the apartment is strong and I was able to work without any glitches. The rooftop terrace is great, especially in the mornings and evenings. I also enjoyed getting to knowRoci and the other guests. I definitely recommend the place.

What an excellent AirBNB! Sara Isabel and her family were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. You will immediately feel like family. Sara and her family live on-site and are happy to assist quickly when needed. The AirBNB was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cookware to prepare meals at home. When not enjoying Oaxaca, I loved watching TV on the large Smart TV. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The AirBNB was very quiet day and night. The surrounding area was safe with restaurants and tiendas (stores) within a short walk. I enjoyed walking up and down the hill to Centro every day. It was a great workout! The water to the AirBNB ran out during my stay but was fixed very quickly. There are 4-5 large cisterns on-site so water was never out for more than one hour. An excellent and welcoming place to get to, and enjoy the city, just like the host had a friendly, warm and very friendly treatment

The apartment was very well designed, I loved the layout. There was just no drinking water in the jug, we arrived at night and we didn't have any. The TV never worked, I guess it doesn't work. Otherwise, everything was very good, the rooms, the kitchen, everything was excellent. I would definitely go back.

Mario is a great host, he is very attentive and was attentive to our needs. Despite being a new host, he went out of his way to make us feel at home and even offered to take us to visit some places in Oaxaca. The WiFi is good enough for remote work and video calls, the building is quiet and cool, you can use the gym and it has a perfect terrace to watch the sunset. We were able to use the kitchen and near the building there is a supermarket, the municipal market and other shops where you can market without problem. Now the place is not really in Oaxaca, it is in the municipality of Xoxocotlán, which is about 15 minutes by car without traffic and if you take a public transport bus, it can take between 30 and 45 min. It's not bad. And if you come for the day of death, it's very close to the Xoxo cemetery (Xoxocotlán) (Pantheon), which is one of the most traditional for this celebration. It is also near Monte Albán. Additionally, it is only 10-15 minutes from the Oaxaca airport, which puts it in a strategic point. I would stay there again. Thank you very much Mario.

It was a pleasant experience to stay in this place, everything was very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. The only problem is that there were days that did not serve the elevator.

A gem near Oaxaca center! The beautiful house of Cesar is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful design and brand new towels and bedlinnen. We really felt at home. There were lots of toys for our 3 kids. The place is a short drive to the center and all other nice places to visit. The pool was beautiful also! The communication with Cesar was great. He is so nice and helps with everything! Gave lots of nice advice and tips!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making us feel truly at home in their beautiful house. The host even added an extra bed to accommodate us, which I found extremely nice! The location was very central and walkable, with Santo Domingo just a quick five-minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, our only concern was the limited water supply in the house, which left us unable to shower or use the bathroom on our last day.
