Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview is in a quiet gated neighborhood, five blocks from the main pedestrian street of Alcalá. The house was fully remodeled in 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. The view of the city and Soledad Church from the private rooftop terrace is breathtaking, and if you look in the right direction you can see Monte Albán. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, king size beds, sheets, bathroom with hot water, open the hot water with the left faucet and regulate with cold water with the right faucet, the heater is tankless, we are in favor of the environment, so it is preferable to agree on the hot water schedule, dining room and living room with smart TV, Netflix, library, kitchen, terrace, one bedroom opens for 1 to 2 visitors, the second bedroom opens for 3 to 4 visitors.
