It is close to two of the loveliest parks in the city and a few steps from the cobble stone pedestrian walkway (always lively) and lined with museums, galleries and shops. The walkway leads straight to the Zocalo. We are directly behind the iconic Santo Domingo church and the Botanical Garden . There are views into the garden and the domes of the church can be seen from our patios and terrace.The open floor plan apartment is modern / colonial in style with ample space for moving around. The combined living and dining area has a private fountain patio . The bedroom, with its large walk-in closet, also overlooks the fountain. The bathroom is done in relaxing blue Talavera tiles . The entrance patio provides the perfect place for a cool drink or a morning coffee al fresco. All utilities are included in the rent.. Amenities : fully equipped kitchen , wireless Internet. Sky flat screen T . V . , linens provided , weekly housekeeping and the cutest little black and white dog to greet you. Casa Sicarú. A good choice!

An apartment with 2 bedrooms, king-size beds, sheets, and a bathroom with hot water. Turn on the hot water with the left tap and adjust it with cold water using the right tap. The water heater is a tank-type heater. We are environmentally friendly, with mixed electricity and solar panels. There is always hot water. There is a dining room and a living room with a smart TV, Netflix, a library, a kitchen, and a 100-square-meter terrace with the best view of the city.

The house's decor is modern Mexican style. It is quite bright. Its three rooms have air conditioning. It is located in one of the most representative and beautiful neighborhoods of the city within the historic center, the neighborhood of Xochimilco. The area is very quiet. You will find museums, churches, shops and restaurants of the most visited. There is also the traditional Sanchez Pascuas Market and “La Cosecha” organic market just one block from the house.
